Best place ever for a great experience within budget

Excellent and friendly service. Clean room, very clean towels and other amenities.

Great location. Good parking. Noise insulation is horrible

The Aava was perfect from my recent ski trip. There is ski rental and storage in the basement. Once I found the shortest route to the lift I don't think it took more than 5 minutes to walk there. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Mike. The hot tub could get crowded in the early evening but other times I would have it to myself.

The staff is awesome - extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities of the hot tub/ski lockers/ and heated pool are great. The beds and pillows after a day of hard skiing are excellent too!

Really dirty, stained carpets. Molding in shower/bath falling apart. Parts in the shower were falling apart. Beds not all that, TV was hit or miss on the channels. Definitely not 4 star hotel, would not recommend it to friends or family.

A mismatch for the area. Did not compare to other properties in terms of how it was run.

Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The hotel was small and cozy and room was clean! There weren't any standard coffee/drink bars but our room had a keurig coffee machine and that was more than enough for us. Location was convenient. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here recently and I was very impressed I used to stay there when it was the coast and it was getting a little bit run-down they have done a great Remodel and I would recommend it to anyone for a cheap place in Whistler that is really close walking distance to everything.

Super nice hotel located within walking distance of the main village. Hotel is clean and modern. Very convenient parking located below the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location. There was an homicide incident involving a Mountie, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Overall, they did a great job!

was there for a conference and the hotel provided all i wanted and more

I was very happy with the hotel. The staff was all very helpful and the rooms were in good shape. Would stay here again.

It was our first trip to Whistler. Location of hotel was very convenient with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Since it was summer, there were complimentary bike rental for hotel guests. We borrowed a GoPro from the very helpful front desk staff and captured adventurous action moments with it. The staff helped us transfer the videos onto my camera's SD card free of charge! We still look at the videos with very fond memories. Wish to visit in winter some day.

Good hotel but poorly built. Staff was very good and very courteous when we asked to switch rooms

The Walls are way too thin and you Can hear everything. Can hear people above beside and in the hallways. Unfortunately, I was able to hear the people in the room above go the bathroom

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and very close to the village.

The staff were friendly. The room was great. The bed was a little too soft but I am just picky. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed how closet the hotel was to Whistler Village. Staff was friendly and gave useful advice for hiking trails/restaurants. I would stay there again!

for us this was a perfect location. a short walk to the village, kept us out of the main stream but very close to everything. putting area and practice area for whistler gc adjacent to hotel. the room was perfect for us--king bed and great view from window. the hotel was at the very front of village with easy/quick access to main highway. you have to pay to parking ($19/day). everthing considered that was not bad--heated ,underground, close, secure.

Please accept my apologies on behalf of the housekeeping department. Did you mention anything during your stay? It's not in our standards as a hotel to lack in those housekeeping details. Thank you for the feedback.
