Hotel staff were very helpful, room was clean along with the hotel. Hotel was in a great location to walk to everything in the village.

We were staying in Whistler for the Ironman race. The location was great. We were close to all of the events. There were lots of activities nearby.

Park your car and never use it again until you leave. Right in the middle of Whistler village. Short walk to skiing, dining and shopping.

Great hotel -2min walk to lift - friendly staff Front desk spend time showing us the locations of best local spots. Outside hot tub, but closes early and opens late.

This hotel is conveniently located, a quick 2 minute walk from the main Gondola. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Every hotel staff member we encountered was professional and super friendly.

There is limited check in parking. Read all the fine print on outside signs or risk getting a $20 ticket (I am contesting!) Rooms above bar are noisy. No view to speak of from my handicap room. Coffee pot gurgled for 30 minutes attempting to brew 2 cups! Heat element does not work so coffee is lukewarm by the "end" of the brew cycle. Staff is friendly. If I stay again; I know what to ask for and where to park. (Conference parking is $8CN/night vs hotel $22-worth it too)

Center of the village, walking distance to everything. Great suites with kitchens.

Crystal Hotel was very clean, comfortable and superbly located just steps from the main ski lifts in Whistler Village. Room was huge and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great restaurants and shopping right outside the door of the hotel. Pool/hot-tub nothing special, but that's not what we were there for. Couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at Crystal.

In the heart of everything. Glad we had a room there.

Great location! Excellent value! Will be back! Thanks for the great stay. Will have to come back in the winter.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was patient and helpful. Right in middle of village. Only criticism is the hallways smelled funky.

From the start the staff were very welcoming, and nothing was a problem. The room was great and immaculately presented.

Overall good. The King room was VERY SMALL. The staff was nice. Watch out for the HIGH parking fee. $25.00 per night

This is a great hotel location right in the middle of the village. For the price we got it during a busy whistler weekend, we really thought it wouldn't be up to par. We will definitely go back again to stay there based on the location.

We were so happy to find we were right in the center of Whistler Village. So convenient for walking around to everything we wanted to do and the meeting point for the activities we signed up for.

Great accommodations and location; would highly recommend it!

The staff is great and the hotel location was PERFECT! The room was a little outdated and could use some touching up. The bed was great & very comfy. The only issue we had was parking. We had to park our truck across town due to the size of the parking lot & how it's made for VERY small vehicles. Countless restaurants and bars within shirt walking distance. The Mix in the hotel has great food & drinks. Excellent location for what we paid, we'd stay here again.

One of the best locations in the Village. Rooms are on the older side with thin walls. Everything you want for food and drink is just steps away.

I've been to Whistler many times, this was first staying at Crystal Lodge. The resort is very clean, the room I had was not large by any means compared to some of the different places I've stayed in Whistler, but it was comfortable and the location was perfect, centered between the lifts and main square where the smaller market and liquor store are. Lots of restaurants choices very close by as well as shops, bike and ski rental facilities and so on. This was my girlfriends first time to Whistler and she loved everything about it including the lodge we stayed at, and that means I'd definitely stay at Crystal Lodge again.

When I booked thru , I didn't see any extra charges disclosed in my booking. I always look for and if I see Resort fee or Parking fee I will look at another hotel. At this time Parking fee of $22 was not shown on my reservation and when I get my room at the desk nobody disclose that either. They just show my a paper to sign and initial it. I didn'thave my glasses at the time so I discovered at check out. I told the manager at duty but he show me my initials and I got charged, never wanted to take the charge out. At any other hotel they will take the charge out of my bill. I do not mind to pay for something I use ,if is disclose at booking
