Location, view, size of room, parking even though i had to pay.

Location, amenities, courteous staff.view from my room,

wonderful location Whistler was very warm and room air conditioner could not keep the room cool.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and always available.

Location! This is in the heart of center village. Your steps away from everything. Theres a grocery store, liquor store, drug store, and coffee shop less than 2 minutes away. Araxis, is just downstairs to your left. The room was clean and comfortable. We had no problem with noise. I'd come back here again.

We stayed in a studio room with 1 bed and a sofa bed. The room had a nice kitchenette where we could make some breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy. There was a pool and hot tub, but we didn't use them.

Room very small. Very unacceptable No table to set computor on. One chair. Next to stairway. Asked for table and they had none. We had to rearrange where phone was for the computor. Staff were not really accommodating . Worse experience we have had at Whistler and we have been going up there Since 1986. Asked about upgrade more money. Parking cost. We were told that was a hotel room and that is what we booked. Only room like that. Very very disappointed . Plus we had to let water run for at least 15 minutes before we got hot water.

Room was a little tired but extremely clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family

The location of the hotel was superb. You can literally walk towards to gondola rides and partying at night. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Only stayed the 2 nights but I found no fault with anything. Room was beyond expectations and the location was perfect for someone travelling on their own with no car.

The hotel room was sufficiently stocked and looked updated, however our primary goal was to get a good night sleep and this did not happen. The first room sounded like an echo chamber from the frivolity at the bar outside ( closes at 2 am in off-season and 4 am in-season). After asking to switch rooms, our new room had a loud low pitch droning sound. In the morning, at the checkout desk, we recognized the vibration and sound but even louder, and it was literally shaking the floor. The attendant attributed it to the boiler downstairs. Perhaps the location is best for those who would like to be at the bar until 4 am, because sleeping isn't in the cards.

The location of the hotel is right at Whistler village so it's convenient for me for what i had plan to do in Whistler =)

Not bad if you request to be on the quiet side. Wifi worked for about 2 seconds. Clean rooms in decent shape. Would stay here again if it was cheap and I was sure I could stay on the quiet side of the building.

Most uncomfortable bed in Whistler. They placed my daughter and i in a corner/oblong/slender room with no light. One king bed. When i called down and reminded them i needed two beds, they said they would send someone up to divide the bed. Apparently the Lodge got a deal on beds that can part from a king into two double beds. No outlets anywhere to be found and the lighting in bath along with plumbing was horrible. The only thing that kept this place afloat was the location in the village and the cool shopping right outside. Oh yea.Parking a car is $15+ a day in a dark basement and the pool was nasty..also in basement.

I'm sure many people come to Whistler year after year and know exactly where to stay for the things they want in a ski vacation. For those who are coming for the first time, be aware that Whistler Village is active! If you want to ski all day and party into the night, this is a great place for you, but if you are on a family trip with kids, beware. We arrived late, probably midnight, after a long drive. After some difficulty finding our reservation (made through this site), we finally got to our room (1st floor corner, facing the square) and got to sleep for about 1 hour when the music got loud enough to wake us; not faintly in the distance, but right under the window, thumping bass. This ended when the clubs closed, probably around 2am, when everyone in the club gathered right outside and continued to party for another hour, at the tops of their lungs. We asked to be moved, and to their credit, the staff accommodated us the next day. The 1-2am music continued to be audible, but somewhat less so, and we no longer had to hear the crowd in the square afterward. Perhaps the hotel should make guests aware of this in advance. Another factor adding to the noise problem at the Lodge was the fact that the walls are paper-thin. While not as big an issue as the music/crowd noise, this was a bit of an annoyance due to our neighbor's extremely audible love of hockey. Overall, the hotel was average in most ways, mostly staffed by very young seasonal employees who are cheerful and nice, but somewhat out of their depth.

Check in at 4:00 p.m is later than I would have wanted and 10:00 a.m. was a bit early. Accomodations and service were overall good.

Check in at 4:00 p.m. would have been better at 3:00 p.m. and check out is a bit early at 10:00 a.m.

Great location and value. Price was excellent for the area and accommodations. (although parking was not included with cost of hotel) Within walking distance of most all major attractions. Great place to stay for a long duration, with all the comforts of home.
