Unknown to me they charged guests for parking. They should make this clear on aerial. Water was turgid and it never cleared. I avoided drinking it location is beautiful

We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. Very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment is that there are a lot of unexpected fees: $16/day parking, 10$ day internet, $6 coffee instead of complimentary. Not used to that at Marriot, especially when the rooms are already on the pricey side.

I wish that water would be provided. All other Marriott properties I stay provide two bottles a day.

When I used the in room wifi, it said free for Member, I was a Marriott member, so I used the wifi. While when I checked out, I saw the service was charged. I ask them, they said only booking from their Marriott system can get free wifi, if you book the room through other third party, no free wifi. So the charge was really misleading. They said the hotel manager will contact me later, but no further contact. Maybe they do not care customer's concern. Next time I will not stay in this hotel

Good service

Beds and pillows so uncomfortable and we have no idea what was above us but all night sounded like someone was moving something.

The property is adequate. Blocking credit card with $500 in charges and calling it a “mistake” while adding more charges is inadequate.

Great view of the river from those rooms. And it's a great location, with free parking. But the place is chaotic, the lobby and restaurant are terribly loud when the bar is open, the rooms are not cleaned well (no vacuuming for a four day stay), and the internet stinks. Lack of attention to detail throughout: coffee doesn't fit the coffeemaker, no stirrers provided, they clean the towels every day even when you hang them up as instructed. Worst: housekeeping knocked on the door the last morning despite the Privacy tag hanging. I suspected the supervisor wanted to steal the cash I was leaving for the maid.

Clean, good staff, quiet

Well maintained Marriott with updated bathrooms. The mattress and sheets were as expected and the lobby was welcoming and had Starbucks and supplies.
