The room was new, clean and spacious. What I liked most was it was in walking distance of shopping and right at the highway. Very convenient
Very nice clean rooms, close to two restaurants (Del Friscos and Not Your Average Joe’s). Starbucks is 5 minutes away. If you want to take a train to Boston the commuter rail station is around the corner
The tub in rm 225 needs deep cleaning , mold in the corner.😭 Rm was clean👍 ,linen was clean Overall was good except for tub .
What i liked:Everything was clean. Customer service was good. What i didnt like: No breakfast as advertised, knowing the circumstance of pandemic its understandable., but should be advised and not expected

The property was new and clean. Staff were curteous but didn't really seem to care much about the customers. The printers in the lobby are not functioning. No one could fix them. We were helped after 3 requests. You have a nice lobby with a TV viewing area. The TV should really be bigger.

Orbitz.com did not include on their description that the hotel room would have a connecting door to the room next to us. We could hear EVERYTHING the couple next door was doing and I am sure they could hear us as well. Orbitz.com also reported on their website that this hotel was the closest to Gillette stadium, when in fact it is 24 minutes away. Will not be using this website again for information.
We were moved to the Marriott in Needham. We had four couples. 3 were moved due to overbooking. Interestedly only the couples that had non refundable rooms were moved. We all booked early to be together for The Rolling Stones concert. So we were not together, were moved further away from venue, and could not carpool as planned. They sent the change by email and stated that person was unavailable for 2 weeks as out of country. We all called and sent emails. Only 2 were responded to. In the end, we were out and nothing was done to help us. Will not use them again
