The room smelled horrible. There was not enough towels for 2 people. The bedspread had burn holes all over it even though it was a non smoking room. The mini fridge hadnt been cleaned out.
Nice area, hotel was clean was able to check in early without any issues and the room was clean

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I get to the room and it has one bed. I check back with the office and they tell me I booked a room with one bed and a couch. I show them my reservation for two queen beds and she walks to the computer then immediately walks back and said she checked and that's the only room but it has a pull out couch. She didn't touch the computer or check for anything from what I could see. I was given bedding for the pull out bed on the couch as she said that was my only option. There were no tissues in the holder and not much in the bathroom. The TV was broken and the remote would not work. Overall the room was not in great shape.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating-from checking in, finding transportation and places to dine.
The location of the motel was perfect for me as it was close to the Mississippi River Huey P. Long bridge for easy crossing to major parade routes. It was also conveniently close to friends and family who live in the area. We enjoyed all the parades and caught tons of beads, The staff at the motel were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room exceeded my expectations and we were completely satisfied.
This place is not bad at all. Great place for people that need a room while working from out of town.
good location just across the bridge from new orleans. plenty of fast food restaurants. i would have liked a full size ironing board in the room. had to leave a $20.00 deposit for iron and small ironing board which was delivered to my room. female at the front desk was very helpful and nice giving suggestions and directions along with asking if everything was ok whenever she saw us.
My sheets appeared clean but where itchy. There was nothing close enough to the motel to walk, and cab fair to get there was super high. I don't know which way they took to get to New Orleans but it took me about 45 minutes.

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry for the inconvenience!! We'll make sure to have enough towels in the room for 2 guests. In a double bed room, we put 4 big towels, 1 washcloth, and one hand towel. And in a king bedroom, we put 2 big, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. We have ordered new bedspreads and we haven't got it delivered, yet. Sorry for the inconvenience!!!
