Located within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort's  Royal Apartments, Sago Garden is a cozy 875 sq ft one-bedroom apartment with garden access, offers breath-taking surroundings and a relaxing break.  Opulent interiors and fabulous facilities, this one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it a superb choice for a singles, couples or newlyweds who may want to indulge in a more private type of holiday experience.

Decorated in subtle shades and hints of Caribbean colour accentuate the light and airy feel of the property.  Just off the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all amenities to make yourself a lovely meal.

The Living room features a comfortable sitting area and a TV with Cable Television allowing access to USA TV channels.

The outdoor patio provides a table for 4 for outdoor dining and for relaxation and quiet reading.

The bedroom  is equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.  This 1 bedroom Apartment can only accommodate 1 child if either the child is using a baby cot OR coming only with 1 parent and using existing bed.

The outdoor living area is just as picturesque, with the tropical gardens and the communal pool area steps away.

There are restaurants on the Main Royal Westmoreland side if you wish to dine or takeaway.
This apartment has plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors for guests.
The communal pool area is large and is steps away from the property.

What you should know

A car is recommended, so guests can visit the local areas, nearby towns and beaches with ease and flexibility.
This is a non-smoking property.

This Apartment doesn't offer access to resort amenities such as golf, tennis, Mullins Beach access and  gym.
If you are looking for privacy, this apartment is ideal for you as it is located in an inland gated community.
Because it is in a resort there are other guests in proximity staying around the various apartments.

Here you can swim in calm waters, snorkel over the inshore reefs and tidal pools, and at the southernmost tip or east coasts of the island, you can windsurf or kite surf. Many of the beaches offer sun loungers and have beach bars, so you can spend your days drinking rum punches and relaxing.

Smoking & Vaping is not permitted inside the property or on patios/balconies as smoke travels into other units.  You may smoke away from the building and in car park area.

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover against medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc

Security deposit

US$1000 Credit Card Charge Authorization/Security Deposit will be requested upon arrival. Applicable refunds will be credited 14 days after departure.
