All was good. Polaris Grille is a short walk away with fine food. My reservation had been double booked with Orbitz; Farfield Inn allowed cancellation with full refund for the extra unneeded room. Very professional.
I interacted with four different staff members: Each one was professional, pleasant and fun! There was only one less-than-satisfactory aspect of my stay, and that is the hallway noise. Also, my room was right next to the elevators, and I could hear the elevators going up and down. I'm guessing the wall insulation could use some freshening up. Again: I was able to think and sleep through these noises. They were just continually in the background. Other than that, my overall experience was very positive!
Our stay was good, the bed sunk in the middle, but that us basically the only negative regarding our stay.

They don't clean unless requested and if stays longer than 3 days. They don't provide even clean towels

First night my wife and stayed we saw pubic hairs matted to the wall of the shower. We cleaned it off and told management the next morning. They apologized and said we will clean your room and bring you fresh towels. Next night we notice more hairs in the shower matted to wall ceiling and under the sink. Showed them pictures the next morning and said they would clean again. When we got back to room all hairs were still matted to wall. Nothing changed except more towels. Shower also looked like nicotine running down wall. Very dissatisfied.
Convenient to everything
The room smelled clean and fresh. There was a unidentifiable small splotch of something on the floor. Restroom was very clean as was the rest of the room. Shower head had a issue spraying over the curtain, but lot of hot water so all was good lol. Only real problem was a false fire alarm and the staff really had no clue how to handle it, I would recommend some training on how to issue information and not look so bewildered. I would / and probably will stay here again.
The hostest was very Accommodating and the bathroom was great i loved sit in the World pool tub for hour and the bed was like sleeping on air. I t was a great Experience and will be going back in the future IT HELPED ME DISTRESSED AND FEEL LIKE I A NEW WOMAN
Check in took forever. Got my key, went up to my room. When I opened the door and walked in the room, someone else was already staying there! When I got my next room key aftef going back down to the front desk, the A/C was broke....no repair man was there so we moved again.3rd room was ok.
Very accomodating staff. Arrived early, room was teady and they allowed us in early.....thank you.
