Front desk when I arrived talked to me from around the corner of the wall like she didn't want to get up. Killed a roach in the kitchen. Hotplate burner was missing. TV was leaning. Bed & pillow had long blonde hair on it. Dirt was swept under the sink in the bathroom. Top of the tile in the shower was dirty.
Staff was amazing! The room was perfect for my family! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and make us feel welcome! All requests were filled with a smile, the room was clean and great size for my family of five!
The front office staff here is very hospitable. When I first checked in there was a bit of a billing mix up, but it was resolved promptly. Kia, Nell, Robyn and Abby are the ladies I have interacted with the most. My room was clean and housekeeping came weekly like clock work to change linens, provide fresh towels, and replenish toilet paper if needed. I never had any trouble sleeping as the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. To me the customer service is top notch and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Due to an event in town, I could not find a room at any other hotel. I checked in and the young lady was very nice at the front desk. I went to my room to find that the AC was not working. It literally was over 80 degrees in the room. I went down stairs to let them know. The manager stated that they only have maintenance people during the day. This was 6:15 PM. She would not call him back. She suggested that I open the windows. That would have been great if the windows even stayed open. Not to mention it was near 80 degrees outside so you can imagine how a night of sleep went. The room was not clean, no hangers in the closet area, no cups or dishes in the kitchen area. It was all around a horrible stay and I would not risk staying at an extended stay again.
The staff was great. No complaints at all there. However, the pots and pans we are all used to in an extended stay were by request at the front desk and not already in the rooms. The rooms were cleaned weekly. The rooms smelled of pine and oddly sweet mint. The breakfast was a granola bar or cheap muffin in a basket, which was usually empty. The coffee was miserable. Three hangars in the closet and they had to scrounge to find more... Overall, if you just need a roof and a cot this place rocks. If you have stayed in other extended stays this one won't measure up. The kitchenette is not a benefit if you have to beg for dishes and pots and pans... Nonsense...
1. I have a feeling the hotel not meeting the expectation for the price we paid. 2. Area to be improved: a) Collect trash at lease once for 2 days. b) Breakfast not served instead muffins and natural bars served. Even if you are not serving hot breakfast, you should offer more that muffins. 3. Improve the internet speed, it is kind of slow.
Excellent experience would recommend this place to friends and relatives every one was very helpful and kind and the area was very peaceful I especially liked the patio and barbecue area and the parking lot was
We've stayed at Extended Stay a few other times. While it has never been overly clean, it was fine. This time we found bugs in the bed and just had to leave. The front desk staff is always helpful and professional no matter what the issue or time of day.
The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the neighborhood is safe. My husband and I came up here from Tennessee for his job. There is plenty to do and see within a half hours drive and traffic is moderate. The room is a bit smaller than I anticipated but it is absolutely sufficient.
Poorly managed and maintained. Two desk clerks decided to do a five minute facetime with a third party during our check in. Then the luggage cart had flat tires and when we told the maintenance man his reply was that he has to constantly fill the tires, and it was just a few days ago that he did it, then he walked away. DUH change the tire or tube. It's no wonder our refrigerator leaked and the windows would not completely shut.
