Would not stay again
The property is dirty, floors could only be walked on with shoes, no bare feet. The only one employee Christie was pleasant. The 3rd shift person sat in the break room socializing with a male person. When asked if the floors would be vacuumed and cleaned we were told talk to the manager. I would never recommend this place.
The room floor and hall floor we filthy dirty, the staff said they did not have workers to clean, the rooms did not have pans, utensils, or coffee pot as advertised. Never will stay here again

I stayed for one night as a stopover. Disappointed that there was not even the simplest amenity like a coffee maker in the room. Maybe I did not realize that these properties are intended to be that way.
The good: Clean room with kitchen, couch, bed, and restroom. That said, this room was inexpensive for the area and was perfectly satisfactory overall. The property was nice and in the back there was even a cute patio set under an arbor, and a BBQ grill. Downsides: Couple of details a bit odd (hole in wall where doorknob had busted through, old unused shower curtain rings remaining on rod). Shower drain could move more quickly, for sure. Again...despite these things, overall, I had a good experience and nice stay.
A number of things went wrong. When I arrived after booking a room months in advance the room had been sold, Only room in entire hotel available under renovation with dishwasher in center of room for one night. Breakfast supposed to end at 9:30 AM. I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM and' they had shut it down. Key expired' trouble getting in to hotel one night. Maid service non-existant. Is that enough? I will not return to that hotel.
The only amenities this place had was only coffee for breakfast. Orbitz should not lie in your website saying free breakfast
Cobwebs in the room, dirty drawers, torn carpet, and holes in the shower.
I had to get my towels from theaundry and fold them. Room had a strong odor. Back entrance was closed because it was broken.
Great value offered. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Having a full kitchen is helpful but the room doesn't come with a coffee maker.

We've stayed at Extended Stay many times. Comfortable room with kitchen amenities, dog-friendly (with add'l fee), and grab-n-go breakfast (granola bars, packaged muffins, coffee and hot cocoa. No juices). Nice stay.
