room was lovely, bar area really nice staff were very nice the restaurant we encountered a slight problem but staff rectified this swiftly to our satisfaction great location especially for leeds arena will be returning soon very nice hotel overall

I've stayed here several times now as I'm in Leeds every month or so. This is my favourite hotel. Just love it. The rooms are great, and well decked out, service by all the staff is excellent, The beds and seating are good. Location is good and nice and central and the food also is excellent. The breakfast service is perfect with plenty of variety for all tastes. For me I can't fault this hotel, which is why i'm writing. The staff are friendly and helpful, so good job all round. Well done!

Stayed here when going to Leeds arena very handy for arena and city centre. Hotel is in a complex with parking (Get parking ticket swiped for lower rate at reception) rooms are clean and tidy, bathroom is a reasonable size. The beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. Breakfast is of good quality and plentiful did not use restaurant for dinner as there are plenty nearby.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are big and clean. The beds are so comfortable and massive!! The breakfast is unbeatable. The staff are all ready to help and friendly. The decor is lovely. My husband took part in the Abbey Dash run which finished outside the hotel. I am in a wheelchair so wanted to be at the finish line, which was ideal. He could go straight to the room for a shower and then we were straight out to a nearby bar for a drink in the sunshine and to enjoy the 'buzz' around Leeds. The hotel is ideally situated for the station and numerous bars. The shopping in Leeds is great come rain or shine as the Trinity centre is covered by a large glass roof. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Drinks in the hotel are quite expensive but we didn't mind as it was a treat to ourselves. We will definitely be back !!

Stayed here with my partner for a night away. The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect, you have all the bars, shops and restaurants just a 5 min walk away. We also enjoyed cocktails in the hotel bar which has a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning again soon!

Stayed here whilst visiting for an Open day at the university. Very central, parking not on site, but close by. Room was quiet & beds very comfortable. Very helpful staff who upgraded us due to a confusion over our booking - an added bonus.

We have stayed here before but not since it was refurbished. The rooms were nicely presented although there was no bath....we had an executive room which was priced at £131 which looked to be good value especially as breakfast was included. The staff were helpful and the location is great. We also booked two standard rooms which cost £90 each which again seemed good value although breakfast was additional. These rooms were nice and there wasn’t a lot of difference between the Executive and standard rooms....the difference was a sofa. The staff at the bar were exceptionally helpful and friendly although it is expensive with a lasagne gin and tonic and a pint of lager coating £19. The refurbishment has negatively impacted on the lounge area as the large tv has gone and the grated fires weren’t turned on which is a shame. Breakfast was ok although nothing exceptional.

Everything about his hotel ticks all the boxes, stylish very friendly staff who go the extra mile for you and an excellent location in Leeds next to everything. The rooms were unbelievable, comfy beds and very nice interior. Will definitely return on my next trip trip to Leeds keep up the good work guys

A good hotel doing what you expect of the chain. Convenient safe parking very nearby. Rooms were of a decent size, room service food came quickly and was reasonable quality. Breakfast buffet was good, although we did have to chase around to get some coffee, perhaps make it self service instead. Overall pretty good for less than £100 a night in a central location.

This is a great city centre hotel with lots on offer. The staff are very friendly especially the bar staff who made us some great cocktails. However we were a little disappointed that breakfast was £12.50 per person which is definitely on the steep side. The food was good but £12.50 is expensive. However we did enjoy our stay
