Great location with q park car park next to hotel. Paid extra for breakfast as it wasn’t included but worth it. Room had everything including ironing board and iron. One of the comfiest beds I have ever stayed in. Hotel was modern and clean would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
I have stayed here several times now and it is very good. Ideally located for Leeds city centre, which can be often difficult to navigate if trying to drive around. Hence why this hotel is really excellent for the location as it is right in the hive of Leeds City centre. Though the rooms are very quiet and you would not think you were smack bang in the centre, The breakfast is fantastic and the bar very accommodating. Will certainly stay here again when visiting Leeds.
Stayed here on the 2nd February to go and see a concert at the arena, car park easy to find and quick to gain entrance to the hotel. Check in quick ,room adequate for the needs of our stay. Location is key for us staying in a hotel and the radisson didn't disappoint right in the heart of everything we wanted for our stay. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Would stay again if I came to Leeds .
Great hotel. Less than 10 minutes from anywhere - shops, station, Arena. Check in see less and room well appointed with really comfy bed and the cosiest pillows ever. Bar staff very friendly and efficient and 2for1 cocktails slipped down a treat. Breakfast easy peasy with some interesting choices and again lovely staff. Well done to all
After a short walk from the train station we arrive at this hotel. We had booked a twin room but on check - in were told there was not one available. The receptionist was so accommodating and offered us a business room with twin beds for an extra £20 throwing in breakfast for two at no extra cost. This fabulous room was on floor 5 and was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, comfy sofa, huge TV, bathrobes, slippers and full bathroom. After a night out we returned and had a wonderful nights sleep. Brilliant mattress, light but snug duvet and comfy pillows. It was so quiet and the blackout curtains worked a treat. The breakfast was FABULOUS. So much choice, beautifully presented and so tasty. We had a brilliant stay and would recommend this hotel.
Very poor value for money all the sandwiches consisted of cheese except for one which had only one thin piece of sandwich ham inside a very poor value for money deal not to be expected from a place as well known as the Radisson Blue Hotel, the day before we had the same deal at the Hilton in Leeds the Sky Bar a much better variety of food with a lovely variety of sandwich fillings at I must add £10 less 10/10 for the Hilton
We held a business meeting here today, room was on the mezzanine level with a trek back to the ground floor past the reception to get to the toilet which wasn't ideal. The meeting room itself was set up to a high standard. We were very disappointed with the £9 per head lunch it worked out at 2 and half small triangle sandwiches each no side salad or crisps! After we complained another plate of sandwiches arrived. None of the food was great especially the wafer thin very cheap turkey slices and the non existent tuna mayo!
We stayed here to go to a show really enjoyed it good service lovely bedrooms very confey beds nice breakfast good bar service would recommend this hotel to stay at very central to all the main areas in leeds
Have just spent 4 days there on a business meeting. The hotel has one huge disadvantage that may not be unique in Leeds city centre . No car park. So one can use the Q park Light car park which is fine and the hotel discounted rate of £12 day is ok but it can be worrying leaving a car in a public car park all that time. There are two entrances to the hotel. Either from the shopping centre or the street. Reception staff are ok but often there is a queue. Breakfast was great with a smiling omelette chef almost begging to cook me one. The food we had for our meals there was ok but doubt I would choose to eat there if I was paying . The bar was great with really good staff. The only curious thing was the inability to buy a pint of draught beer. Only a schooner was possible for non apparent reasons. Rooms were good . All in all a good hotel. The wifi was free and very good . Are you listening Marriott?
My friend and I stayed at the RadissonBlu Leeds on 22 January 2018 and when we booked we asked if we could have a high up room with a view.We asked again when we arrived at reception...I explained it was my birthday and the last time we stayed I had a wall in front of my window. Myself and my friend went up to the room and was extremely disappointed when we saw both views. I was ill and my friend is disabled and if we could have then we would have gone back to reception and asked to be moved. Surely your receptionist would have known what rooms have terrible views?Mirrors are far too high, I had to stand on bath side to reach towels on rail above bath. Kettle and tea/coffee are too high up...I poured hot water on my hand trying to fill my mug. I am 4ft11 inch tall. I could not see a view at all as there were pillars and a wall outside window. Breakfast was cold apart from mushrooms.
