Located on headrow right in the middle of the city. Headrow is the home to many restaurants and bars, and you can be on the shopping high street in 2 minutes this location is great. 5 minute walk to the train station or to Call Lane - a more quirky area for drinking and partying.
Stayed at the Radisson Blu for 2 nights. Very impressed initially by the decor, but was quickly disappointed. I had stained towels in my newly upgraded room, and the air on didn't work. For £165 per night water is not provided. Breakfast was ok but nothing made fresh - asked for scrambled egg & the chef went out the back & appeared 30 seconds later with it! Breakfast was presented again for lunch - 2 days in a row! My colleague eats halal & all he was offered was omelettes - one of which was burned & the bit cut off, prior to serving. The meeting. Room air con didn't work. - we complained repeatedly, but nothing was done. At Our coffee breaks dry stale plain cake was served - 4 times! We complained again prior to leaving & this was dealt with finally. A beautiful hotel, that warrants much better service. Fawltey towers!
My friend and I went to Radisson Blu in Leeds. It's the best afternoon tea we have ever had. I have never seen such beautiful presented afternoon tea. Sandwiches in different types of bread, sweets were delicious. Would highly recommend for afternoon tea.
The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant area. My room was well designed, very clean and crisp. Really comfy bed and pillows - all round very good. Excellent service by everyone. I was on a quick business trip and this place was perfect.
I chose to stay at the Radisson Blu in Leeds again as I was so happy there last time. Parking is in the shopping centre which is adjacent to the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast at £12.95 is excellent too with a great choice for everyone. I was upgraded on arrival which meant I had an even better room than expected. Would definitely return
Stayed here for two nights whilst on a business trip. The hotel is very easy to access from the train station, and in a great location to get to restaurants etc in the city centre. I stayed in a standard double room on the second floor. The room was gorgeously decorated, very clean and the little extras such as the toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, iron and hair dryer etc that was already in the room was an added bonus! The bed was very comfy with a range of different pillows, and the size of the room was great too. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, and the elevators were super quick to access the floors. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!
Arrived and professionally checked in great reception staff, room good, booked a business class room as said evening turn down, this did not happen and we had to ask for dry towels, bathroom very dated, Shower poor, bed very comfortable, TV at side so a stiff neck if you want to watch. bar £15 plus for a average Gin and Tonic, breakfast selection great but Luke warm, Tea not as good as on easy jet cold if on the last dregs Ok position not as good as I expected
I could only get 1 night here but would highly recommend. The reception staff were all great, they arranged for complimentary drinks to be delivered to my room and even helped me move my luggage across to the Dakota hotel as I'm using crutches at the moment. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Quality bed, bedlinen and toiletries.
My husband treated me to a night out for birthday and we booked a normal room here. Was not disappointed. We arrived to a great welcome from the friendly receptionist unfortunately didn't catch the blonde ladies name. We were given a complementary upgrade. The room was amazing, so clean it felt like we were the first people to stay there, looked and smelt new. Very modern, very up to date with technology. Very Close to bars and restaurants. Unfortunately can't comment on restaurant as didn't eat in there but looked lovely and the bar looked like somewhere we could sit all night and have a drink. Would 100% go again and have recommended to many people since our visit. Thanks you for making my birthday extra nice. We will be back
I was on business in Leeds for a couple of days and stayed for one night at the Radisson Blue. Great location, just a short walk from the station and at the heart of the City. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The grey pastels felt calming, there was a bottle of water and some nice tea, coffee and hot chocolate options in the hospitality tray in the room. We had a relaxing evening in the hotel, getting ready for an early start the following day. The staff were very helpful and breakfast really yummy. Speedy business stop this time, yet I'd definitely stay at the Radisson Blue again and get to enjoy beautiful Leeds at leisure.
