Great hotel with wonderful service. Hotel have arranged Cheap parking in a nearby multi-storey car park. Sainsbury local around the corner. We had river and town view. Will return. Short walk to most places.
Found the room to be quite small. The bed also seemed smaller than what we’d usually have but not to say this wasn’t an average size. I didn’t sleep very well due to the softness of the mattress but that’s a personal preference as my partner slept okay. The bathroom needs to be updated and would benefit from some form of heating. Location was great for the city centre. We managed to park on the street by the hotel and this was a reasonable £5.20 a night. Breakfast was good quality. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We left the do not disturb on the door but the room cleaner left us clean towels etc outside the room which was very thoughtful. If we return to Leeds and can get a good price we’d stay again.
Once I could find it (signage and sat nav failed me) the next issue was parking to unload. One glass of prosecco later and I could see that the hotel public areas were well appointed whilst my room was simple but comfortable. For Leeds City Centre the special offer of £53 for room and breakfast was not to be sneezed at. Overall would stay again
We stayed here with friends, unfortunately we had problems with the bedrooms, one smelling of smoke and the other freezing cold as the heating didn't work. It took a long time for the Assistant Manager to offer a solution which wasn't completely satisfactory. We were on the 10 floor so it was quiet. However, the rooms were clean and we were upgraded so some nice touches with the upgrade. Breakfast was good and I was pleased to see the gluten and dairy free section, dairy free spread needs to be offered and a separate toaster needs to provided. We went to the Armouries for a Ball and upon our return the night staff were having to deal with some young people in the hotel reception which were obviously making a nuisance of themselves. I felt they dealt with this very well and full marks to them for their continued effort to protect other guests. I am a jurys member but i was not asked about this at all.
We stay here so much and always leave positive feed back because we love it here but this visit was awful. It was new years day and it felt like we was too much trouble the staff looked so disgruntled and miserable.
Really enjoyed our stay at Leeds jury's inn. No faults at all rooms lovely break fast was delicious lots of choice for every one staff really professional and friendly. Would stay again and will recommend
Requested joining rooms, confirmed by reservation person. Got to hotel no note on file. More occupied with getting a survey done following booking call than actioning details of booking. Trying to win better reviews without doing the actual customer service!
A very good alternative to the usual two mainstream budget providers. Seems the have a policy of providing both a double and a single bed in each room, so could turn in to a very affordable stay per head for certain groups
Stayed here after being bumped from another hotel! Found this place well located, completely satisfactory with decent rooms and good public parking next to the hotel. Would happily return based on the easy walk across the river into town.
I booked Jury’s Inn as I think it’s a great hotel for comfort, cleanliness & being in the city centre. You’re not too far from shops, restaurants and bars/clubs when you stay at Jury’s Inn. I’ve stayed at this hotel, multiple times & have enjoyed my stay each time. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed in a room where you can adjust the temperature depending on how hot/cold you are (I’m usually cold) and enough plug sockets to charge your phone & use hair straighteners at the same time, well, this is the place for u too. The bathroom was clean, spacious & fill with good quality shampoo/conditioner and body wash gel. If you plan to chill in the room & watch tv you have a few channels to choose from. There’s also a 24hr mcDs nearby in case you’re out all night. We decided to order room service, our choices were well cooked & very tasty. I hope this review helped you. Enjoy!
