The room was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep in a very comfy bed. The restaurant staff particularly my waitress Aimee went above and beyond and gave excellent service. The reception staff where also polite, curtious and always willing to help. I would defintely stay here again as all parts of my stay were excellent including a good location for accessing the town centre.

I had asked for rooms close by to my colleague as we were travelling together and so checked into the room and went downstairs for dinner. When I returned to my room, I decided that I would make a hot drink and then retire. I switched the kettle on and all the lights went out. I called reception and someone was sent to have a look. It was decided to relocate both myself and my colleague to different rooms which was fine, but we had to do this in the dark. The rooms we were relocated to were fine and we had a good nights sleep.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Jury’s, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room which was comfortable and relaxing and the food was lovely. My waitress Aimee really went the extra mile and knew the menu back to front. Aimee gave excellent service and I would definitely stay here again. The level of service I received at the restaurant was equally good from the reception staff being pleasant and welcoming. In short I will definitely be staying here again.

A modern hotel, which is quite spacious (rooms a bit small but adequate) and value for money. We found the breakfast, at £10 each, to be very good value which was presented in self-service format. There was plenty of choice and very well prepared.

Its in a great location, easy walking distance to Leeds centre. The rooms are a good size. The staff at reception were really helpful - when they knew we were together they gave us adjoining rooms. Great breakfast

Great location within the City with all major transport links close by. There is also plenty of parking available just behind the hotel. All the facilities within the hotel are to a high standard, food is available within the bar or restaurant and are both to a high quality.

Stayed the weekend with my husband for our joint bday. Check in great and we got a complementary drink each. Room very clean and we couldn't hear anything at night who h I was surprised about due to hens and stag parties. Breakfast absolutely spot on. Location also great. Staff great. Will definitely be back next time we visit Leeds.

Budget accomodation with great views over city at night. Good central location on quiet square which has good cafes if not having hotel breakdast as we didn't. Very clean and comfy with basic but adequate facilities.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and (with one exception) continued to be so throughout my 3 night stay. The menu, featuring standard items for this sort of hotel, was very overpriced in my opinion. The Pizza was v nice but by and large the food was bland and almost every night I was told "X from the menu is not available this evening". The "fresh" orange juice available at breakfast was watery too, but by and large breakfast was standard fayre. My room was comfortable enough and I had no complaints there...but the paintwork around the skirting boards in the bathroom was v chipped / peeling and in need of some remedial work. The one staff exception alluded to above occurred at checkout. My company allows for a £25 dinner allowance each night and in no way did I exceed that, but the young lady on reception tried to tell me there was some money to pay until she was overruled by a colleague, As all I'd had each night was one main course and one soft drink, there was clearly no having exceeded the £25! By and large, a reasonable stay..but the food was bland and overpriced.

The hotel was good for a short stay and the staff are really lovely. The breakfast was nice to. The pillows where really uncomfortable but everybody is different. The only reason I gave 3 starts is that the hotel was quite noisy with large groups both inside and outside the hotel throughout the evening and into the early hours. This is really no fault of the hotel and if I was in a large group it would serve that purpose and I would probably go back. On this occasion I was with my partner and we would probably not go back just the two of us.
