A trip to Bradford to see our family..Hotel looks good in the reception area..we were given a ground floor room..Bathroom was lovely but the bedroom was quite dated.the carpet was quite dirty round the edges and around the furniture .not been hoovered properly for a while by the looks of it..The room was warm and cosy but the bed was horrendous..the most uncomfortable noisiest bed we have ever slept in..the guy in the adjoining room was noisy we could hear him banging and bumping about and shouting out at 5 in the morning..scared me out of my wits..When we arrived we had an evening meal..quite nice but didnt feel it was worth what we paid for it..Staff were lovely..very polite and friendly..we really fancied using the leisure facilities but sadly didnt get the chance..The location makes it a good place for us too stay when in Bradford but would have to have an upgrade regarding the room..i really didnt feel the rooms were as good as the other Best Western hotel in Bradford but the parking facilities were brilliant..

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights while visiting our son. First of all we were unable to connect to WiFi with any of our devices. When we queried it we were told that the problem was due to Apple devices?? We were out all day on the Saturday and when we returned our room had not been serviced. We spoke to reception and were promised that it would be done while we were at dinner. When we returned at 11.00pm it still had not been done. There were no tissues or bottled water in the room. Room service trays from other rooms were left in the corridor for in excess of 24 hours. At breakfast on the second day the only fruit juice available was apple, the tea was self service from thermos jugs and was stewed and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We spoke to the duty manager about the main points above before we left the hotel. She noted our complaints and offered us the General Manager’s email address. We said that we had made our complaint, the hotel had our contact details and if the General Manager felt it was important he or she could contact us to discuss. I can only assume it isn’t viewed as important as to date we haven’t heard anything. This is the first time I have posted a negative review on Trip Advisor and I’m posting as it seems to be the only way to have it looked into.

me and my partner stayed he part of leisure facilities not working food was unedible management were not helpful rooms had not been finnished by housemaid would never go there again terrible tried to sort matter out but no help at all offered a drink and said that was sufficiant

Stayed in room 100 (executive suite) on a one night groupon deal inc dinner bed and breakfast. Some slight moans the room was dated with various marks and the bed had a big join which was quite uncomfortable and the window had a lock on it preventing it shutting which is a tad annoying as we were next to the M606 however nothing that put you off staying there. the pool was quite small. biggest issue in the leisure part was that it felt quite cold between the facilities and sitting in the sauna with the timer of 5 mins off and 5 mins on left you cold. However saying that the real plus was the dinner and breakfast which was really nice plentiful portions (breakfast was all you can eat serve yourself) and all the staff were really helpful and friendly the waiting staff kept checking our meal was ok and breakfast tea/coffee brought to our table. all in all a brill night away for a bargain price of £56.00 inc dinner and breakfast.

Me and my wife had a nice time at Cedar Court Hotel. The food was lovely. Our room was nice and clean but a bit dated.Staff were friendly.Had a nice swim in the pool, which also has a sauna and jacuzzi and steam room Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room ,good stay and parking, easy to find and near to all the sites round Bradford and Leeds. Really good to have family rooms with 2 children, also the fascilities as far as swimming pool is just right for us. Breakfast was not bad either,

Stayed in this elegant hotel for two nights (29Sep2017 - 01Oct2017). Room was nice and very comfortable with many in house facilities. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Being first time visitor to city, reception staff guided very well. Half board accommodation went very memorable, staff during breakfast and dinner was very polite and caring. Food options offered much variety. We enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend and stay again if get chance.

We stayed for anniversary, we got a free upgrade to a newly furbished room with bath robes, slippers, bottled water the food was lovely, the staff were very nice. After we checked out at 12 noon we went for a nice swim & jaccuzzi free of charge. we will be back

I’ve been to this hotel a couple of times and am always pleased. The rooms have everything you need are really clean and comfortable. The food is lovely and given the price I paid great value. I will certainly be going back.

We went to a Conference and spent the night there, booking in advance and giving my Debit card Details. The money was put on hold in my Bank account (ie not available to spend) On arrival, I booked in and my card details were noted, however later when I tried to bill a bar item it was "not authorised! A colleague paid the round. I went back to reception. whereupon my card was swiped again, however I bought nothing more. The following morning I paid the bill. Two days later my Bank account was showing the bill amount as Paid and a similat amount as "unavailable". I am now a further five days in and have received a charge from my bank for going "overdrawn" as this has not been released despite, phone calls to Kat, Isla Nicola and Ben, (frequently not returned) all of whom insist they have taken the payment correctly, no offer of help or compensation for the time this is all taking, trying to blame my Bank (who in turn say they have not taken the payment correctly - as evidenced by the initial confusion!) Only pay these guys in cash after you have had the goods! My Company won't be attending next years Conference if it's here !
