The hotel is conveniently situated for the M62 and Bradford. There is ample parking and the facilities are good. The room was well presented although the lighting is poor and it was difficult to read once it was dark outside.
We've stayed here several times but this was the best visit we've had. A three night stay working at at just over £60 per double room per night including breakfast. Rooms were very good - only downside was no air con in the rooms. Easy to get to, just at the end of th M606, we had dinner one night and breakfast on every morning. Dinner was good standard "pub grub" and we also had a chance to use the leisure facilities as well, welcome after a long drive. What set the place apart was the staff - everyone who dealt with us was great and seemed to really enjoy their job.
This was our second visit here, as we had enjoyed our previous visit last November. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I had contacted the hotel a few days previously to request a 'twin-bedded' room on a low floor as I have mobility problems. Upon arrival at around 18.15 we were allocated a ground floor room (great!) but upon opening the door we discovered that the room had not been 'made up' and was a 'tip'. Upon returning to 'Reception' we received an apology and keys to another ground floor room, which turned out to be a 'double', not a 'twin'. The 3rd room we were allocated was a 'twin', and turned out to be fine. Because of my disability I could not take advantage of the 'leisure facilities', but my travelling companions rated them highly. The 'set' Dinner was good, though not spectacular, but the Breakfast Buffet was excellent. We shall certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Typical of the brand, good quality comfortable hotel. Excellent food. The rooms are spacious with a very large comfortable bed. Large screen tv Bathrooms are large with a powerful shower over the bath.
I stayed last night with my Mrs in this hotel. Check in was very quick. Ben on front desk is very helpful. Rooms are clean and good size. Customer service is very good. Very close to M606 and M62. One downside is that as an 4* hotel it doesn't have air condition rooms. Night was very warm and then they arranged fan for us.
Stayed just the one night. Rude 'Junior Manager" on reception. Silly swimming times for children. Incorrect order for evening dinner. "Tired" decor in room - unlike images on website. Breakfast was pleasant. Checkout was much "smilier" than on arrival.
if the bar prices were a little lower as everything else was spot on--the staff are very welcoming and helpful ---the rooms are spacious, well furnished and very clean--the pool is a decent size and the rest of the health club facilities are great--breakfast at a tenner is good value and the kids eat free--if your in Bradford you will find it hard to find better value---oh and the parking is free too.
This was our second visit to Cedar Court to attend a wedding in Bradford but this time they exceeded our expectations. We were all looked after so well from arrival to departure and the staff were amazing, especially by one girl in particular (*Christina* on her name badge) she was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our rooms were a good size and the sheets/towels were spotlessly clean. The hospitality tray in our rooms were amply replenished with the added bonus of good old *Yorkshire tea* Theres a large car park which is free for guests (another bonus) but remember to punch in your car registration details at reception or you will be charged £100! Cedar Court is well positioned and well sign posted, its just at the end of the M606 Motorway and about 2 miles from the City Centre. Its an ideal Wedding venue and has a Conference facility, Gym, swimming pool, and Sauna so take your trunks/swimsuits. Breakfast was good but I did find the bar prices a little over the top being around £4.50 - £4.60 a pint, "Howwww Muchhhh??" but then again I'm from Yorkshire!
I had stayed at this hotel earlier in the week, so when I heard I had to go back to Bradford I asked to stay here again Highly disappointed. See the pics There was a half empty pint class that was left next to the bedside. I poured this down the sink The floor was covered in stains. Covered! I was on the fourth floor over the courtyard. So so much noise I couldn’t sleep until after 2am! I’ll avoid from now on and opt for a Premier Inn where the cleanliness is ten times better.... don’t believe me.... see the pics. Curtains also stained badly
The staff at this hotel really make you welcome and are always pleasant, from the front of house to the cleaners. Even the bar man (I think he was Cypriot) has an excellent persona and went the extra mile to make myself and my wife feel welcome. The hotel was spotless from the toilets to the rooms, even the wife was impressed (believe me that is an accomplishment) Well done to the Cedar Court Hotel, your training programme has certainly paid off.
