The property was small but the room was clean this motel is on the main road easy access to the highway the staff was friendly. I had to laugh at the sign to limit showers to 3 minutes lol I cant remember ever taking a 3 minute shower in my life.

Thank you for your review, We do appreciate the honesty in your review! We appreciate you noticed our water conscious sign in the room. In regional Australia droughts can occur and water scarcity can be an issue. We do suggest to our guests to limit there time in the showers and to use the half flush function on our toilets when applicable. We also have solar panels to assist in reducing our energy consumption. These are just a couple small things we do to be more environmentally conscious of our impact. We hope to welcome you back soon!
