Even though this property is under a remodel. The room was excellent, as was the entire property, quiet, clean and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Woman at front desk was quiet, polite and thorough with checkin, questions and then called after to make sure room was to my liking....

i made the reservation and two hours later needed to cancel. because the manager wasn't on duty to approve refund on a sunday I ended up having to go so if they ended up not approving refund I wouldn't feel as if my money was a total loss
Staff is and has always been wonderful and helpful however upon arrival there werent enough towels but the front desk sent someone expeditiously to help with that. room 126 has a toilet that works periodically but other than that location, price and amentities is always why I stay here
Heating did not work and my guests Dresner family were cold in their room. Will not reserve here again!
