Was in close proximity of places we wanted to visit.

The room was fairly comfortable and the staff rather friendly. I just wish there was an elevator considering my room was on the 3rd floor.

We reserved there so our kids could swim, after we booked and we went down to pool and Hot tub we’re out of order. No one ever told us or posted a sign about it being out of order. We were just gonna fill the tub in a room when we went to do that there was hair everywhere. The bathroom was pretty dirty.

Ugly, dirty, disgusting.

Overall was a 6 out of 10. Staff helped us out and was nice. Check in was difficult because after 2 am out reservation was erased. They accommodated out requests and we we’re pleased

The hotel overall was great. 1st room the jetted tub didn't work so they moved us the next day. 2nd room was great...everything worked properly. Staff (especially Mercy) was so friendly and helpful. Couple little things like public jacuzzi wasn't working and the hard boiled eggs at breakfast were a little weird, but overall a pleasant stay.

Lobby was fine had to go three times to front desk keys didn’t work and could only get in room by desk staff having to come with us to let us in. Room was smelled of heavy smoke dirty carpet and bathroom. Ceiling vent hanging down, lights burnt out only stayed one night.

The place looked like a garbage dump. Dis not stay at location. Still waiting on refund. No help from orbitz on recieving refund. Will not be booking thru orbitz again.

a) I was not happy at all with the $100 damage fee that did not show up on your reservation system at all. b) I was not happy that it advertised a "full breakfast" and we got a choice of a few items in a brown bag. This was not a "full breakfast. c) the check in clerk on Thursday night lacks basic and customary please and thank you etiquette, d) no one told us they would not clean the room unless we told them e) when we did tell them the next day - they did not again. The clerk (I think her name was Ann) was fabulous on Saturday afternoon. She got the room cleaned and prepared extremely well. Not such a great overall finish.

The room was terrible! #1 not a king bed #2 the jets in the tub didn't work #3 the TV didn't work properly #4 the door didn't properly lock sometimes #5 when maintenance fixed my tv the left the door unlocked and when I returned my keys no longer worked!! #6 when fixing the Tv the didn't leave a remote and failed to clean up the sheetrock dust they left. #7 the grab and go breakfast was in edible and there was no alternative for someone who may not eat bread!!! #8 the saturday desk person was absolutely rude and disrespectful #9 when confronted about all the issues for the second time I was offered a king room without a jet tub as a downgrade with no compinsations!!! #10 I asked 3 times to speak with the manager on Saturday and was refused so as such I will also be contacting corporate with this list

It was fine. I do not know what you want. They are close to family. The staff had one person not happy. But the rest of the staff was friendly.

The property was good. One minor problem I had with the room was the hair dryer & wall mount were missing. So I had to request a hair dryer. I had to ask twice, & after returning at the end of the day, the dryer & wall mount were lying on the bathroom counter. The girl at the front desk was probably busy, or forgot.

Right off the freeway. Great breakfast and nice staff

The room was very clean and everything worked. The air conditioning worked so well we had to turn it off for awhile. We forgot to bring a jacket.
