I enjoyed my short stay. The staff was friendly and profesional. The dining is amazing within the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay here when I return to London.

Rooms are spacious, very well cleaned. Hotel staff is caring and helpful. Only two things you need to consider; beds are low quality and there is no public transportation/ring service from Gatwick, so you gotta take a cap. It's not in a walking distance, don't even think about it :) I recommend this hotel.

We quite surprised that there were no shops in or around the hotel to purchase necicities. A pool was listed but the pool was next door at a health club that you had to pay for The staff was very helpful
A good decent business hotel near Gatwick airport. If you want to tour London, it's probably not what you are looking for, but if you are in and out of Gatwick it's absolutely fine.
