Good place, rooms as expected friendly staff Harvester next door for average food and drinks On site parking however not secure but close to the airport On the downside no shuttles or transfers was quoted £20-25 for a 4 mile journey in a cab Reception told me the wrong bus so ended up not at north terminal I dropped off our party and returned to drop off the car and caught the bus back which was great going but nighttime buses are very irregular so 35 minute waited after a delayed flight For this reason alone I wouldn't stay as an airport option if going from north terminal, as it charges airport prices but with out the shuttle However it's a nice hotel staff friendly and breakfast adequate

Two of us stayed here before a flight abroad the next day, so for one night. The room was of reasonable size and had a lot of seating space. The bathroom was a little bleary (losing a star here) but the shower provided hot water so this was more important. The wifi was free as advertised but not the most stable, and dropped out a few times on my phone and laptop. (losing a star here) We had a reasonable night's sleep given we had to be up early. Now for the breakfast details: A hot breakfast is available 6.30am - 10am weekdays and 6.30am - 11.30am on the weekend. A cold, continental breakfast (ie croissants, cereal, toast, etc) is available from 3.30am daily, which was great for our early morning flight. All room prices include breakfast. Parking is only £7 a day, so we left the car here during our holiday, which was far cheaper than at Gatwick airport. (even with cab fares in-between) Their staff are very friendly and helpful; I'd recommend emailing them rather than using the premium rate number on their website. You will generally get a response the same day. As others have mentioned, there is a Harvester restaurant perhaps a 30-second walk to the other side of the onsite car park. I'd recommend this for dinner, but note it is generally full of families and noisy kids if you're sitting in the restaurant to eat. Would recommend to commuters and holiday makers!

We stayed overnight on Saturday as we had a wedding to go to nearby. The hotel room was really nice and clean. The desk staff were very helpful, Luci in particular as we really struggled to get a cab back from the wedding venue and she did everything she could to help us. The only slight negative was the breakfast wasn't very nice but okay for people wanting a light bite before they fly off somewhere. Overall, the hotel has everything you need and we paid a reasonable price for what we got.

We stayed here the night before our holiday, which I imagine is what is was built for. It is located on a roundabout with a Harvester next door and basically if arriving from the airport you need to come 3/4 way round the roundabout to find the entrance. There are lots of dances, but with the mix of the harvester and holiday inn express can be tight. The hotel is not the best, but staff were friendly and we pad £7 for parking per 24 hours yet we were only there 6 hours. Wi-Fi as per usual and newly done up bathrooms. Rooms were nice as well.

We stayed here the night before our holiday due to having a early flight in the morning. Rooms are spacious and modern, staff are friendly and breakfast was good! Lovely start to our holiday. Bonus there is a harvester just across the road.

We stayed here just as an over night stau befour we go on holiday...this is a lovely place to stay and the staff are so helpful...my only 2 complaints are that the bed was alittle 2 soft...( but u cant have everythin) and the bathroom floor had a loose tile...i will stay here again..thankyou for making it a restful and enjoyable stay...

stayed here overnight before leaving on hols, we arrived late eve with my 4 year old grandson who was obviously very tired , to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful receptionist. who proceeded to say we was unable to park here whilst on holiday depsite having arranged and confirmed this by email. Despite this the room was lovely and clean with amazing shower n comfy beds

I stayed here with my daughter after a concert. It was a nice clean comfortable room, and we had a great nights sleep. I would say the only negative was the breakfast, it wasn't amazing. Slightly over cooked in general, so didn't really eat much. But everything else great, and certainly did the job for us. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice and quiet :-)

We thought this budget Holiday Inn in Crawley/Gatwick (12 pounds cab to the airport). was GOOD. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were very soft but we slept well. Breakfast was good! We did mention the loose tiles in the bathroom and were told it would be repaired in 128. I hope so as it is dangerous.

This hotel was lovely had a lovely vibe as lots of holiday customers all excited . The staff were very chatty and friendly. We arrived late too late for food but was told we could get sandwiches made up. We were shattered so didn't bother our room was lovely had free wifi so the kids were happy. We left our car there for a week and it was looked after ..when we returned at 2am the following week the staff were just as lovely and helpful ..very happy with the service we will do it again next year
