Very hard to find. Tiny signs in LGW. Would be helpful to have a "Head to X side of terminal, look behind Boots". Staff were at best indifferent at check in. Room was small. Large TV, large window, superb wifi. Bathroom was very small and when you shower everything gets wet -- it's all as one. Mine took forever for some hot water. Floor remained wet. Shower dripped much of the night. But for convenience and price, all good. I LOVED the bed. the towels were nearly new and very comfortable.

perfect place for a quick overnight layover. we only needed it for the night before heading him

Perfect location for early morning Gatwick departure... Quiet room and comfortable bed. Tiny room and poorly designed bathroom where the shower drenched the toilet, toilet paper etc! However, I would stay here again if I had another early morning Gatwick flight.

Cheaper than the rest and extremely convenient for flights out of gatwick. Depending on your terminal it was a quick tram to the terminal and you're at the gate. Very friendly night staff helped with my needs and to my room

Receptionist rude and refused to help. Refused early check-in even though some empty rooms were available. Had to get a manager to move forward. I had a toddler with me so you can imagine my frustration.

Perfect hotel for short stays before an early flight.

Great location. Our only issue was the weird fold-down rails on the bunk beds. The kids didn't feel safe sleeping in them.

The hoter was super clean and new, but tiny for 2 persons

It's basically a safe square box to stay in till your flight. The bathroom is the entire shower, which is the reasoning for no carpet in the room. There weren't any windows, just a tv and a bed.

Very good cute rooms we did a VIP suite just for more space very nice modern and perfect location for our brief layover in London gatwick airport

Terrible. The only good thing about it is that it is right at the airport. The room was smaller than tiny, the air conditioning either too hot or too cold, and the bed very uncomfortable, especially since my partner had to climb over me because the room is only just big enough to wedge a double bed sideways under the hermetically sealed window. There is no place to sit, store anything, no coffee maker or kettle.

This hotel is great for the traveler who needs a place to rest before continuing your journey.

It was tiny but that was what we expected. Location can't be beat if you have a flight at crack of dawn! Staff were efficient and nice. They had electric adaptors to borrow. Super comfy bed.

Hassle free check in and check out! It has everything you need just to relax before your flight. No need to worry about shuttles as it is conviniently located within the airport. Clean and modern. Will definetly stay there again

The front desk stayed open for our late arrival, we had a very quick check in and easy check out. The room was very small, but the quality of the room was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and it was very convenient overall. I would stay there again.

Rooms are certainly compact but a little less so than the Yotel downstairs. A double bed filled the width of the room with a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and free WiFi to keep you entertained. Lights, blinds and air conditioning are all controlled via a flat screen next to the bed. The shower in the bathroom is an open affair with a large rain shower plus separate shower head. Once you have showered, expect the whole bathroom to be soaked!

I stayed in the basic windowless interior SLEEP room. The ambiance was in many ways similar to a below deck ship's cabin. The bed was comfortable and everything in the micro-bathroom was quite functional as well as good WiFi and adequate TV. The room was about 8 ft x 12 ft with the large double bed across the 8 ft dimension and padded walls on its 3 sides. Sound insulation while not perfect was fairly good. I have stayed in similar hotels in Tokyo where every square foot of real estate is at a premium. A Samsung touch screen controls every function in the room including a rather lurid purple LED light strip that adds a bit of color, maybe intended as some sort of surrogate daylight. If you are the slightest bit claustrophobic, you might want to avoid this hotel or make sure you pay a bit extra for a different type of room with an exterior window. You lose all sense of night and day just as you might down a mine. The floor is a hard composition textured plastic and everything is a depressing dark brown including the narrow room corridors. The bathroom has a smoked mirror wall on one side to make it look bigger, the whole floor acts as a shower base and drain for the drench shower. Air conditioning maximum room temperature setting is 24 deg.C (75 deg.F) a bit cool for tropical travelers. Location is its best attribute bang in the middle of Gatwick's South Terminal, good for a very short stay, it's an experience but lack of other typical hotel amenities really make value so-so.
