The property is a little dated but we’ll maintained and clean. Good enough for a one night stay.
I have stayed at this property many times and enjoy. It’s convenient location. I also enjoy that they are dog friendly. Unfortunately, at my last day, there were many people that were clearly living there. I understand that people need living spaces, but having small children playing in the parking lot and the adults standing on the balconies smoking was uncomfortable.

This hotel was a rough one. A lot of illicit activity going on here.
The rooms are fine but the TERRIBLE deodorizer is killer! So super strong we left the door open (windows are sealed shut) for an hour trying to air it out. I wish they would stop using whatever it is, rooms would be much more pleasant without it. Staff was nice, price is right and room was clean…just WAY overdone with the “perfume”.

The sheets had stains on them. Beds barely had pillows as hard as the bed is I woke up in extreme pain especially having barely any pillow... It almost seem like they let just about anyone stay there... The people were in and out in and out all night going out to smoke... Some smoke directly by The Doors which made no point of smoking outside of the room when the smell would come in through the bottom of our door space which was very visible broken straps . Never again
The property was disgustingly dirty and rooms were not as advertised on Website and should be removed as a Red Roof Inn. Room floors were gross and bugs in shower and bathroom. Requested a FULL refund and found a room at TRU by Hilton.
The supposed “smoke-free” room was clearly not. It smelled like smoke to the extent that our clothes smelled like smoke after we left. In addition, the air conditioner filter was dirty and didn’t work very well.
Constant fighting/arguing/screaming outside my door all night on two of the four nights I stayed prevented me from sleeping at all. This property does not feel safe. People appear to be living in the hotel, and have no regard for guests who actually have to get up and go to work in the morning. Dresser drawers had insect and/or rodent droppings inside. Avoid this place at all costs.
This is one of the worse hotels to stay in!!! Disgusting and dirty rooms smell like smoke, like an ashtray!!
It was a great stay I just wish the television work a bit better with better controls
The women at the desk at checkin was polite, professional, helpful and very accommodating.
This hotel is a great value for the price. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and its inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The Red Roof Plus West Springfield does not allow our guest to live on property, we do not offer rental units. The maximum number of nights that a guest can rent a room is 28 days consecutively. We also do not allow smoking on the balconies as you probably noticed the no smoking signs posted throughout the property. If a guest decides to violate the Fire Marshall's ordered, they will be fined a fee of 200.00 and will be asked to leave the premises. We value your feedback and appreciate your business. Thank You!

Unfortunately, you booked a standard room type. Hopefully, next time you are in the area you will try one of our Premium Rooms that includes a yummy snack box, premium bed package and a parking space that is reserved just for you!
