I stayed here just one night and have no real complaints, and have already booked a return trip. The hotel itself is nice and clean, with a good gym (although a little small) and a pool/sauna. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are an acceptable size, clean and had a big bed & TV! The restaurant for breakfast was okay, but the best restaurant was Rennaisance. It's a fine dining cuisine and service was professional ( Thank you Robert and Pioterk), also ordered room service which had a good menu, fast service and tasty food!
I stayed in this hotel for a week in a double room and I have to admit that I could not find any weak point. Rooms are tidy, clean and big. Bathroom is big and with additional comforts: shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, beauty set (apart from traditional soap). The shower has strong water pressure (which I personally love) and anti-slippery mat is provided. WiFi is good (I could watch Netflix every evening with no issues). 2 small bottles of still water are provided every day. Breakfast is awesome!! Plenty of variety. And the hotel itself is in a really good location, close to shops and to 2 shopping centres (one of the two is Galeria Kaskada).
It was our 4th time in this hotel this year as we were passing through the city. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you might need during you stay. Unfortunately, there's a musty damp smell coming from carpets in the rooms, a reocurring problem, obviously, as we noticed during our previous as well. A 4star hotel should be able to take care of the odour. A huge advantage is the location, you are close within walking distance to shops and malls. Paid parking, they charge ca. 15€/night. Nice breakfast with good selection, fresh and delicious. The hotel spa (pool and sauna) and the gym are free for guests, however, I'd recommend to rather visit the Baltica Wellness & Spa on the 2nd floor of the hotel. They don't charge much and you will get much better services, friendlier attitude and more pleasant customer experience. Although we were kind of 'regulars' there and chose this hotel for its location and spa, I have to point out that there is an ONGOING PROBLEM WITH STAFF FRIENDLINESS. The reception staff (all ladies we have had the pleasure to meet) have zero skills with customer service experience. Forget about a smile and a warm welcome, greeting customers on arrival or departure is not being done here, they just want your credit card. Same for the staff in the Copernicus bar on the 11th floor. Rude unfriendly ladies, we got better treatment even in motels before. In this way I'd like to to say a big thank you to the young man working in the parking lot, repeatedly being the only friendly and professional staff member in the hotel. Otherwise, the place is overflowing with grumpiness. The management needs to invest into improving support processes/service delivery - immediately - as it represents their own habitus.
I stayed there for three nights. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. The breakfasts are very good. Wide variety of food. I used the basement pool and sauna every day. The pool is not very big, but two people can swim "laps" simultaneously. The bar on the 11th floor has nightly happy "hour" with 50% off drinks. Located only a 3 minute walk from the Galaxy shopping center. Recommended.
Was living there with my family. We had 3 rooms. All rooms was clean and nice. Not so modern, but I think we lived in some rooms that was not renovated Furniture needs and update. Breakfast was really good and plenty of everything - a 5 star breakfast. Lobby bar a bit boring, but ok. Skybar is really cool and with live music on some days. All in all a good hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
The reception are is a little dated and needs a refurbish, how ever the rooms look nothing like the reception they are of a good size and very modern, great beds very comfy and tea making facility's with a flat screen TV. Breakfast is a buffet style and is superb so much choice to eat there is no way you will leave hungry.
It was everything needed for a business trip. Good size rooms with modern décor. Attractive bathrooms. Good food and friendly staff. Good central location. Loses a star because the windows don't open, no bath - just a shower - and no English speaking channels on the TV except CNN International.
I stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Szczecin several times, The rooms are big in new condition but the bathroom is quite small. The hotel is located in the modern center of Szczecin few steps from shopping center "Galaxy" and “Kaskada”. breakfast is very varied, with many local dishes . Hotel staff are הקרט Nןבק
the raddisson is a Classic hotel unfortunatly with a complete outdated interior .lobby Large but cold Impression rooms ,we had a so Called buisiness room which had been Not realy large also had a nice and spacius Bath room.there this typical chain hotel items such as a scale and bathrobes etc. but that does not make it better.we Booked two Nights but left after one since there ha d been no windows to open Verry positiv had been that we could cancel one night on short notice, due to that
Stettin is not a very touristic destination. The absence of higher ranked hotels is noticeable. Despite that, the Raddison blue has all high quality standards of the franchise. At the beginning there were a couple communication problems with the staff. The hotel must work in enhancing the language knowledge of their staff to avoid misunderstandings. The rooms and bathroom are immaculate. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The amenities are quite impressive: a indoor swimming pool with steam room and a gym. The location is very central. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and the seawalk is very near. The breakfast is very varied, with many local dishes that are a must to try.
