I didn’t know about the $200 deposit before check in.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. It must be hard to get cigarette smell out of rugs, drapes, bedding. Air spray cannot mask it.

The rooms were outdated along with the furniture. Tub was dirty! Air conditioning needed to be replaced!

Overall for the price, the hotel was decent. The room could've been a little cleaner (carpet, towels, etc.).

It was a great place to spend a night to take a break from our long drive. They offered oatmeal, cereal, and waffles for breakfast. My non-smoking room was fine, but the hallways did smell of smoke which was the only unpleasant thing about the stay.

Good: The price was good. The AC worked great. The staff was super nice. Bad: There was no elevator. The power went off 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Once for a short time, once for over 2 hours. TONS of road construction, very difficult navigating the entry and exit. Next to a very busy truck stop. Next to the interstate. Several miles from good restaurants and shopping. Stained bathtub. Shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. Better after 3 treatments with febreze. Comforter had what looked like small blood spots on it. But it did have a great price, which allowed us to save more for our vacation.

Smells of smoke in hallway. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Clearly dated and worn with new cheap furniture added to make it seem newer. Bloodstain or some other stain on towel in bathroom. Sign in lobby clearly states this is an independently owned site that basically 'franchises' the Baymont name. I wish these places listed that in their ad, because my experience is that they are NEVER as good as a real namebrand location.

Property close to food establishments. Bed was broken and dumpy in middle, sheets and blankets unwashed had hair on them, floor had not been vacuumed in some time. The night auditor was quite nice and helpful though.

Didn’t stay there had to get a different hotel it was so nasty at the super 8

THE WORST PLACE EVER!! Dirty dirty DIRTY!! Definitely got what we paid for. DONT STAY HERE!! Pay the extra for clean and comfort.

The young lady name Lakina was WONDERFUL. I RECOMMEND her for property manager. It was about 20 of us that stayed there and she was on our every need. On Saturday i asked the propery manager for towels and i never got the towels. The property manager is rude and was not friendly.

Not enough towels. Othet than that everything was fine.

While the customer service is above average, the hotel room itself is acceptable at best. The room appears way overused and in need of an upgrade. Two of the pillows are near half the size of a regular pillow, and they are uneven inside, which make them very uncomfortable.

The service by john at the front desk was exceptional!

Clerk was very nice and friendly which stood out to me because the customer before me was rude and tried her best to provoke a bigger confrontation with the clerk. He handled that incident very professionally and way better than I would have
