Had a great time you'll will need to get a protein for breakfast like some bacon or sausages or hot links

Nice hotel close to the interstate and one of the safer ones for the price. hot breakfast and a gas station next to the hotel. We felt safe and will stay there again. It is not a Hilton so if you are use to 5 star accommodations this is not a hotel for you but if you want a comfy bed hot breakfast then you will enjoy your stay my family and I have nothing but good things to say. Only down fall is the house keeper does not know how to clean I told the up front people and they were right on it. I always bring Lysol and Clorox wipes with me so it was not an issue for us.

Okay....no issues but room was dirty and customer service person was rude. 1/2 rating.

Right across from the Southland Casino & all its restaurants... Just a short drive into downtown Memphis. Helpful staff, good breakfast...

Overall good stay. Just stopped for a night traveling home.

Great place to stop and relax. The staff was very nice. I walked in and they took care of me right from the beginning.

My wife just freaked out when we meander into West Memphis and I was not too happy with her bickering on the location. To me, this hotel turns out to be good stay. But we will not return, if wife is with me. Silly her.

It met what I wanted. It was near to the things I wanted to do. The price was right. The breakfast well what can I say. You don't stay at a motel for breakfast. I had the eggs and the gravy. It was ok. Mainly for breakfast I am just looking at a roll but mainly coffee. I am not a big breakfast person in the am. My stay was good. I will be back again if I am in the area.

The hotel was beautiful with very kind staff, a comfortable room and a full breakfast.

This was the only room available in this area. I should have payed the extra money and stayed in Memphis.

Had a good pool, worthwhile breakfast, easy wifi, and close enough to actual Memphis to make crossing the bridge over the river and into the next state just plain fun. Easy trailer parking out back too

Was looking for a cheap but good place to stay for one night driving through Memphis. Great place for the price. Looks like an old motel that was turned into a hotel. Room was a little small but had everything we needed and the bedding's SMELLED very CLEAN!

The room was nice. What bothered me was when I checked in I had to sign a statement that I did not have a pet with me, and that I would not smoke in the room. (Something like a $250 if I got caught doing either one). In the room a memo told me that when I checked out to turn off the AC/heat, and to turn off the TV and all the lights. It's like the Third Reich is alive and well at the Ramada in West Memphis.

It was a great experience, but we miss the nice continental breakfast they used to serve; including pancakes every day, sausages, bacon, eggs, & etc.

The hotel is next to a major Interstate highway. The room was moderately clean but the staff provided a mediocre service.

Friendly staff. Room just ok. Breakfast can be a bit more ...

Good value. Good room, good breakfast. Very conveniant and close to memphis downtown.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. Good barbeque in the area. Ask the staff.

This hotel was not up to our expectations of a Ramada Hotel. We checked in early evening and the lobby had a strong smell of cleaning products which was pretty overpowering. The rooms are very tired, plain and outdated, including the old style television. There was also mildew on the shower curtain which there is no excuse for. The worst part was the bleach smell emanating from the sheets when retiring to bed. These are not the kind of expectations I have when choosing to stay at a Ramada. While our stay was just an overnight-er while traveling to another destination, this hotel did not hold up to basic standards I expect for the rate. It is important also to note that the neighborhood directly behind this hotel is a very badly run down undesirable area, boarded up homes and trash etc. The bright spot was the wonderful lady hosting the continental breakfast, very accommodating and pleasant

We drove down from Minnesota to a concert at Mud Island, so our stay was very conveniently located. The staff were all super friendly. We really liked having a refrigerator in our room (and coffee maker!). Time spent at the outdoor pool was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was great; the only complaint would be the bananas, which were old on the first day and missing altogether the next two mornings. Would definitely stay there again.
