My wife and I stayed for just one night but wow, what a nice stay it was. When I did call to request an early check in, I was told I could be given a 1 hr. early check in which really didn't help me. At other hotels, when it really mattered, they offered either a noon or 1:00 pm check in. We don't make it a habit to request early check ins. To be honest I think that out of all the hotels we stayed in, we requested early check in on maybe 3 occasions. If the hotel was sold out then I would have understood but it was not so I don't know why they would not accommodate us. Still even with their inflexibility, we had a great one night stay. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and professional. Room: Nice sized clean room. They offered a mini fridge with a dedicated freezer. The bed was not as firm as at other hotels and my back thanks them for that. The room had plenty of drawer space but very little space for hanging clothes. Breakfast: The best part of our stay was the cooked to order omelette's and pancakes. The gentleman who prepared our food was so nice. We also appreciated all of the American and Law Enforcement decorations as I am a police officer. What we got for the price we paid was incredible. To be honest, I remember very well the Knights Inn, Motel 6 hotels from yesteryear. This was a refreshing welcome. The only reason for our stay was because I was there for work. Don't know If I will ever be in that area as an overnight guest again as we live close to Little Rock which is a 2 hr drive but if I get the opportunity again, I will definitely be back.
I could not say enough about this hotel. The decor was nice, bed was a little firmer then we like but would still stay here over and over. The shower was nice and great water pressure and hear. The cook to order omelets, French toast, pancakes, waffles, plus the fresh baked biscuits, sausage gravy, fresh cut fruit! Everything was delightful.
Wow, what a beautiful place! The rooms are clean, homey and tastefully decorated. You can't beat the breakfast... It's real home cooked and made to order items. The gentleman making the breakfast when I was there also works the front desk. He's a great guy! A SHORT WALK TO THE CASINO which is a plus. The gentleman who owns this motel was in the military I believe is what I heard. So it is decorated in a very patriotic way. I DO recommend this place.
We really appreciated having a clean and well maintained room that was also reasonably priced. The location is good.... just a short drive to the bridge over the Mississippi River and on in to Memphis, Tennessee.
Ok, no one really wants to stop in West Memphis. But, if you must Kights Inn cannot be beat for the money. They even provide free tooth brushes if you forgot also mouthwash. Free breakfast cooked to order. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I was really, really surprised. Can't beat it.
Great rooms with attention to detail. Clean with many amenities that you wouldn't expect. The owner is a retired Marine, and you will find him working on site. Very reasonable online rates. Good Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Just off I55 in WestMemphis.
You couldn’t ask for anything better! The beds are so comfy! The breakfast includes home cooked eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, everything is awesome!! The owner and the staff are always so nice and attentive!! I make it a point to stay here on my trip instead of anywhere else. Five stars all the way across!
So, we rolled into this place, after hubby made the reservation, and I am thinking "OK, I will leave my clothes on and sleep on top of the covers". We opened the door to our room and WOW! Clean and spacious! Lots of room in the bathroom to hang clothes and put down toilet bags, etc. The bed was white and clean and had loads of pillows! The Wifi was awesome! The TV was HD! The breakfast was cooked to order! We paid $90! People, this place is a 10 minute drive from Beale St and much higher priced hotels. We really liked it here! Polite staff. I cannot say anymore!
We love to stay with Mike and his crew every time we visit our family in West Memphis. The rooms are spacious and clean. Alan cooks a delicious breakfast with waffles, pancakes or an omelette with all the fixins! We feel safe because the local troopers always drive by and check in on Mike and his customers! There is no better place to stay in the area!
Went on a business trip, this was my first time staying at Knight's Inn in West Memphis. First thing in notice about the room was there was no smell, CLEAN. Good size room with a humidifier. Yes! My sinuses thank You! Bathroom clean! Slippers and peppermint waiting on the bed! The bed was comfortable too. And then, in the morning a awesome omelet with great coffee and fruit and informative conversion from the cook. I will be back
