We are eatly risers and had a long way to travel. We waited to leave after breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 am , we left at 6:45 and still no breakfast out. This is not acceptable, they cost us time and money.

Usually we are pleased to stay at a Holiday Inn. This stay, however was disappointing. We paid extra for a suite.The TV did not work and the bathroom sink was clogged. Continental breakfast was poor with watery, grainy eggs. On our level near the ice machine the trash was overflowing with trash on the floor. The outside looked like a construction zone with no appeal whatsoever. Staff was very lax when it came to assisting.
The pool was locked down. Other than that it was a really nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful.
Very clean breakfast was excellent and staff was very courteous and helpful.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were close by.
The property is being remodeled and will be converted to a Holiday Inn Express. There were boxes everywhere and the halls and lobby were dirty.
The property is currently being remodeled so some things are excusable, however seeing several live and dead roaches in the hallway, fitness room, and room is not. Pool wasn’t running and full of dirt/debris. Towels felt like sandpaper. Sheets had stains in them.
They were doing construction and it was noisy and dusty. I left my shoes in my room and they said the cleaning crew didn’t find them. They were 170$ dollar Nike’s I’m sure they were stolen by the staff because where else would they go?
The rooms were dirty and the staff was unfriendly. The toilet was broken.
Beautiful property. Newly remodeled, I think. My bathroom was not quite finished, actually, but it was small things that didn't really matter and didn't take away from the overall niceness of the room. I don't choose a property for the free breakfast, but their breakfast was very nice. Overall, a great experience, especially for the price. I'd stay there again.
In town for a game, even though we arrived early it was nice to find our room was ready. Stacey was very friendly getting is checked in, the hotel and room were very clean it even smelled nice. The only downside for me was the beds a firm but still got good sleep
We had a family room and a late check-in. Everything was very pleasant and the breakfast with the make-you- own waffles was a big hit with my grandsons. Loved the old gas pumps.

It was very nice. I was allowed to bring my grandson and his family to the swimming pool Which they enjoyed a lot breakfast was good.
