The service was fine and everyone I dealt with was friendly. The facility was clean, but it's obviously an older building and some of the repairs are failing/poor quality.
My room was filled with smoke from the adjoining room. I had to request help from housecleaning to clear the air.

There are two benches outside the front doors where we waited a couple times for the shuttle. Both benches are broken. The brace of the seat on one is CRACKED. The slats on the other have sunk down. Both are a danger. We stayed there two separate nights. On arrival the first time, the toilet in the room was stuffed up. I am not sure why we returned the following week except for convenience and desk staff was excellent

All the staff from the front desk people to the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant to the housekeeping people were all very professional, courteous and guest friendly. I will definitely stay here again in my next trip to Philadelphia!
Always nice place to stay even during renovations
I have a long history staying at this property, this time was very disappointing. When I booked I was not alerted that it was under construction. There were three of us, checked-in for three guests but still had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. The phone to the front desk didn’t work so I had to go down and get the sheets myself. The sofa bed mattress was stained and gross. The sheets on the king bed did not fit- they almost seemed like a queen size. The fitted sheet was falling off all night. Disappointing to have to pay $25 for parking a night- the major draw to this hotel was the airport shuttle and free parking while away. I would never pay to park here even if I wasn’t using it for the airport!
Conveniently vert close to airport. Rude front desk staff (all the ones we spoke to). Furniture dirty/stained. Hair onsite (gross). A lot worse than expected given the price and name. Never again.
