Very good location next to underground garage. Very nice and clean room. Very nice and servicefrindly staff to welcome and to serve you. Large and good breakfast buffet. I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel in Hameln :-)

Have known this hotel for a long time. New franchise with refurbished rooms, great staff and the best breakfast in town (always included). Great sauna at the top floor, large indoor pool in the adjacent building. Best place to stay in the town centre.

This hotel is very convenient for visiting Hameln. Breakfast is excellent. The room was good for one night, but may be a little small for longer stays, however the room size is clearly given in the description. The bed was bigger than described, however it took up more floor space. We only had small bags, so this was ok. There was a queue for the elevator, and the stairway was difficult to find.

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Hameln Germany. I only wish they had an exercise room and softer towels. They also lack small face cloths in the room to wash with. The breakfast is very good unless you want an omelette or fresh cooked eggs then it is very slow with only one person cooking them for a sometimes very crowded restaurant. The staff is really great and always makes me feel welcome.

Stayed one night in a privilege room. Strange configuration, when entering room with desk, two seater sofa bed and small table. Tassimo coffee machine and free bottle of water. No minibar or refrigerator. Carrying on to the left a small bathroom on the right and then a twin-bedroom with a chair. Window opening onto balcony. All clean and functional but I had reserved a room with double bed, checked with receipt and told that they were allocated if free. Very puzzled by this as I had reserved room in April! Bathroom very poor design, door could not open fully as it hit the WC and very narrow entry to shower as basin in the way, see photo. Cannot understand this as plenty of space to have larger bathroom. Parking available in Rathaus underground car park but access to hotel via stairs and not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Reduced rate of 7.50€ payable to hotel. Terrace bar pleasant, bierstube was empty and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast choice good, plenty of well prepared fruit and interesting selection of hot food. We had a good nights rest but not really impressed with the Privelege room, not worth the extra. (We had a much better room in Hannover Mercure for same price.)

We stayed here for 3 nights while in town to catch up with friends. Check in / check out quick, efficient and painless. Great view from the room on the 7th floor. Spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and breakfast plenty and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a Vegan in our party and there was sufficient for her to pick without having to ask for special treatment. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first night but nothing else thereafter, which seemed a little mean, but not a deal breaker. Really the only downside was the very small bathroom - the door banged into the toilet and the shower base very small, surrounded by shower curtain, rather than a cubicle. Although the towels seemed of a reasonable standard, they felt more like cardboard. We did get woken up in the early hours of Saturday as the weekend market was being set up immediately adjacent to the hotel. But this is obviously out of control of the hotel. Overall, a comfortable, modern, no frills hotel but at least you know what standard to expect. Reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly, efficient and happy to help.

Ended up here after a night in a charming nearby hotel where the no nonsense firm mattress meant we couldn't sleep! Not much charm here in a more modern hotel but a good night's sleep in a typical and average room. Good breakfast. Hotel is set in an untidy area without redeeming features. You can put up with a lot for a decent mattress!

Everything I would have expected in a Mercure Hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful room, great breakfast. Could not recommend more highly! We stayed for three nights, used the restaurant on two evenings, both meals were fantastic.

I stayed 4 nights during hannover messe 2017 because I am very late to book a hotel room in hannover:) The room is small but has enough space for business trip. The bathroom is good and hygene is satisfactory. There is a small desk and balcony in the room. The view from the balcony is really relaxing. The breakfast is really good. I didn't have a dinner in the hotel so I can't make comment about dinner menu. There is a small and hidden pub inside restaurant; I suggest to drink local black beer. The staff of the hotel is kind. The location is very good as a result I advise everyone mercure hotel for short business trip.

I really like staying here. The staff has always been polite and professional. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is very good. My only complaint is the towels they are rough and stiff. I would like large bath towels to be soft and luxurious not scratchy and rough. Also there are no small hand towels for washing.
