After unintentionally, blowing a circuit breaker to use a microwave and TV, reporting the problem spawned a maintenance request, this resulted in being told - that it didn't matter which room we stayed in, another room would not change anything as they are the same configuration. I was left to believe the Hotel had pending electrical problems.Which it did.

The only thing that seemed a bit strange to me was that the TV'S weren't upgraded to the newer models.

The only thing that really made me angry was that at 1230 at night someone tried to enter my room. They had a key that opened the door but i had the door lock on so they could not enter. I told the desk clerk the story and she said that they sent the house cleaning crew there to clean the room, i did not know they cleaned rooms at 1230 at night. I could not sleep the rest of the night, it was a terrible experience.

The hotel was in no capacity worth the money. It was worn, prior used wash cloths were hanging in the bathroom and the AC would not turn off. Internet was also slow. I have stayed at other Red Lions in the past and this was a very poor representation for their brand.

The hotel is very close to the center of town. The exterior has a redesigned entry and has been fashionably repainted. The staff is friendly. It has a pleasant breakfast room with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are large, comfortable bed. We could not find extra blankets or pillows. Detailed maintenance, however is lacking. Paint touchup is done in different colors, loose wallpaper. With prices above $250 I expected more. In general though recommendable.

Okay... Closest thing to Leavenworth and still decently priced at Christmas time. It was fine quality and service, nothing special. We did have to refute our bill as someone had charged wine and snacks to our room... And apparently they did nothing to verify who was purchasing it... Definitely wasn't us.

The room was in good repair, and well maintained. Had quite a bit of room compared to similarly priced competitors. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are all liars with horrible attitudes.

For $240/night this experience was a herd pill to swallow. Outdated! Dirty worn out carpet, difficult to find your way around inside. Bo coffee pot in the room, iron but no ironing board, old TV & breakfast was no included. The grounds were not kept up. Cigarette butts & 1/2 drank sodas laying around. Just an overall disappointment.

We stayed there just for 1 hour, a bunch of men who were hotel guests teased us and threw snowball at our car which was parked at the hotel parking lot. We felt unsafe and spoke to hotel stAff and orbitz, both declined to refund. We didnt want to stay and left without seeing leavenworth, thats why we had come for. Thank you hotel and orbitz.

We stayed at the hotel for one hour and there were a group of guys (hotel guests) teased us (while we were in the parking lot) and threw snowballs at our car that was parked in the hotel parking. We felt unsafe and left the room immediately. We then called the orbitz and hotel staff explaining the situation and requesting for the refund (or transfer to different hotel) but did not get any. Overall experience was bad from both hotel stay and orbitz staff and will not recommend for families.

Wouldn't advice anyone to use orbitz or stay at Red Lion Hotel

Paid twice what was worth thanks to orbitz overcharged double normal cost for one night stay
