The staff are all liars with horrible attitudes.

For $240/night this experience was a herd pill to swallow. Outdated! Dirty worn out carpet, difficult to find your way around inside. Bo coffee pot in the room, iron but no ironing board, old TV & breakfast was no included. The grounds were not kept up. Cigarette butts & 1/2 drank sodas laying around. Just an overall disappointment.

We stayed there just for 1 hour, a bunch of men who were hotel guests teased us and threw snowball at our car which was parked at the hotel parking lot. We felt unsafe and spoke to hotel stAff and orbitz, both declined to refund. We didnt want to stay and left without seeing leavenworth, thats why we had come for. Thank you hotel and orbitz.

We stayed at the hotel for one hour and there were a group of guys (hotel guests) teased us (while we were in the parking lot) and threw snowballs at our car that was parked in the hotel parking. We felt unsafe and left the room immediately. We then called the orbitz and hotel staff explaining the situation and requesting for the refund (or transfer to different hotel) but did not get any. Overall experience was bad from both hotel stay and orbitz staff and will not recommend for families.

Wouldn't advice anyone to use orbitz or stay at Red Lion Hotel

Paid twice what was worth thanks to orbitz overcharged double normal cost for one night stay

I was upgraded for no reason. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The tv was an older model and the picture was a bit fuzzy.

The hotel appears as the standard date from the outside. The staff where very nice and accommodating. They where unfortunately burdened by slow computers. The room was very clean with neat kitch soaps in the bathroom. The plumbing was a bit off. My shower shrieked at me the entire time I showered. Overall good experience and would definitely stay again.

In particular spots room smelled like bad body odor. (Think of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry had to sell his car over the valet's bad BO). We took the bed spread off thinking that might be it. There was a used band aide on the floor. The toilet barely flushed. Devore was a bit outdated.

Hotel is clean, older in decor and styling. But is overall clean and the staff is friendly. Enjoyed my short stay.

We had a really nice stay. Great value for a really nice room.

The first room we were given wasn't cleaned. We walked into a room where the bed wasn't made and towels lying around in the bathroom. The front desk gal was friendly, and apologized stating she was told the room was cleaned. The back door to the hotel wasn't secure and was open when we got there with a sign on it with special instructions how to open it. We were given another room, but the room stunk and we went to Wal-Mart to get Lysol and a candle just to be able to handle the smell overnight. The hot tub was nice, but the outdoor pool had a lot of bugs in it and it didn't look like it was being properly covered at night. I would prefer to never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a great deal for us. Didn't cost much, easy check in and a great location, right on Wenatchee Ave close to downtown. The room was very clean and surprisingly updated! It was comfortable and neat! All the people who worked at the hotel were friendly and very helpful! The only downsides... we wanted to eat in the restaraunt but they were closed when we checked in (7pm) and we had to eat in the bar/ lounge. It was still the same food (excellent food too!) but not quite what we had in mind! The hotel is also a lot older looking. The pool is outside, which we couldn't go in because it was very windy, and so was the hot tub, which we were really looking forward to! Overall a very good experience! We have stayed there twice and would do it again!

Great location, easy to find, helpful staff - only one negative, the bathtub didn't drain very well - other than that, super clean and comfortable - would stay again.

The staff were warm and friendly. The location was central to our family's skiing needs as well as dining choices.

The front desk staff at the hotel was great as expected. Room was clean and comfortable coming in from the cold. The hotel had a couple of sports teams staying their and we didn't even notice we were placed perfectly. The buffet in the morning was chaotic, but aren't all mornings? The staff was running around and I assumed they were just a little behind with the team having their breakfast as well UNTIL I went to pay and the woman whose name tag read buffet supervisor was saying under her breath "last minute people showing up for breakfast" yeah that left an impression. Then with out me asking tells me wouldn't it be nice if people you hire show up for work? I smiled and left with out saying a word. I love the hotel business, used to work in it, I loved the front desk and housekeeping side but watch out for the dining here. Just down the street is a great BBQ place that knocked our socks off for dinner.

The hotel itself was clean and quite...but would not spend that much money to stay there again.....NO microwave in the room NO mini fridge or freezer... FOR extra money coulda upgraded NOT GONNA HAPPEN.... Tv was an old Tv but was hard to watch due to severe static and i was lucky to even get a couple channels....would not stay there again for the price of 126.00 a night would say it was worth $65.00 at the very most not sure i would paid that....

The Red Lion was clean and the beds super comfy. The staff were super nice and the breakfast buffet rocked ( and is a great deal at under 5 bucks) The only drawback is that the restaurant only has limited hours for dinner and no room service option, which is a drawback for business travelers after a long day. Other than that, I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms and hotel itself were nice, clean, quiet and right on the main road. There was shopping and restaurants within walking distance; the staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, the [...]website said breakfast was included and it was not!

Went to a concert at the Gorge, then came back to Wenatchee to spend the night in a quality hotel with good rates. Red Lion met the bill.

Hello, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I'm sorry you felt unsafe at the hotel, and I'm sorry we weren't able to refund your stay. We would have loved to have helped you and worked with you, but you left before letting us know about the situation and we didn't find out about it until after the fact, which makes it very hard for us to help intervene. Guest safety is VERY important to the hotel, and we would have loved to help resolve your safety concern, and would have addressed immediately if given the opportunity. Again, I'm sorry that we were unable to help you after the fact.
