We found hair in our sheets which makes us question if housekeeping actually changed the sheets. The bed a very stiff. Too much noice from the connecting room. Staff was very friendly
Staff were friendly, check-in was a breeze, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options, too. We stayed here two nights and both stays were relaxing. It's withing walking distance of several restaurants.
Grandkids had great time in pool, breakfast was tasty, receptionists were friendly

What I didn’t like there was something in the bed like a bug or something I couldn’t sleep all night. Other thing someone tired opening the door like at 8 am .
The property was decent, especially for the price. The walls were a little thin so could hear the hallway noise. Check in was very slow. The clerk was friendly, but scattered. She finished a somewhat lengthy project before starting to check us in. Then had computer issues--which were out of her control. But then she took a phone call in the middle. We were early, so I know that complicates things, but we were also in a hurry, so having the delays was frustrating. It took about 15-20 minutes to check in which seemed lengthy given that there was no one in line in front of us.
Loved it closed to everything, restaurants, stores, right in downtown Wenatchee. More parking space would be good.
Employees are always great. The room is always nice and clean, only complaint are the pillows. I did not sleep at all. Those are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever had a5 a hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I really enjoyed my stay, however; this time people were loud, kids were running down the hall at 11:00 in the night and the parents didn't seem to do anything about it. People were trying to sleep and the kid was running up and down the hall for about 10 minutes. There was also a couple outside the side exit doors smoking and they were not 20 feet away from the building as instructed in the sign. As we walked to the third floor the hallway smelled like cigarettes smoke, I thought it was a non smoking area. This time I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, I don't know if I will continue to book with them.

Decent place, not spectacular just average. But I really don’t have any complaints.
over the hotel was very clean the wifi was decent only issues i had with hotel No little shampoo bottles you normally find in the bathroom or bar soap just makeup remover. the other thing i hated was very load place stayed on first floor and could hear all the people from pool area and the breakfast are so in short you could hear everyone on second and third floor walking until 1am then you had all the peeps yelling and running going to breakfast at 6am.

We apologize for not so favorable experience. We have immediately checked the chemical level and they were within State limit. One to dehumidifier part was broken and placed the service call for that and which may cause this discomfort. Hoping to have better experience next time. thank you for bringing this with management which we have taken the step to fix. Thanks again

I'm sorry you lost sleep. I'm not sure if you saw something or felt something since you can't identify it. We have our property treated every month so we shouldn't have unwanted pests hindering our guests stay. I'm sure if someone attempted entering your room is because another guest wasn't paying attention to the appropriate room number.
