Clean and convenient from LHR.

The hotel has no elevator!!!!

I asked to see if there is a microwave and she just flat out said that the whole big hotel property has NO microwave. I spent 50 pounds on food to just heat up and eat with my family. I had to throw out and ate junk food at McDonalds. There is not many options around and I knew that. That's why I brought my own ready to eat meal, but I just had to heat them up. Also, my adaptor isn't working and I need it for my work laptop. They just flat out saying that they had none for me to borrow for a couple of hours. They wanted me to buy a new one for 15 pounds. It's noisy in the hallway. I can hear the door slams all night. I guess it's an older property.

I love the Pods from Airport to Hotel & vise versa- There was a lady with dark hair in reception who was super nice to my mother & myself- the cleaning staff also very nice- no problems with our room- only about 7-10 minutes to Airport Terminal 5 Will definitely stay here again!

Great for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next day. Pods were a convenient and fun experience getting from Terminal 5 to the hotel and back.

I strongly recommend picking another hotel and Heathrow - there are plenty of options at a similar price point. The hotel is very dififcult to reach, you have to go to T5 and then take a POD to a parking lot. To top it all, the hotel has installed a locked gate between the POD station and the hotel itself and charges you 7 pounds each time you go in or out. Needless to say, everything else also costs extra. The property itself could really do with updating, the common areas and rooms are in a poor condition (loose tiles in bathroom, drawers that do not open, etc.). And no elevator. Cleanliness so-so. About the only nice thing is the view of the runways from the breakfast room, but that hardly makes up for the rest.

Refurbishment needed.

This hotel is a dump! It’s smelly, and there are stains on the carpet throughout. There’s no elevator, the furniture looks like it was bought at a flea market 50!years ago! Breakfast is not included in the rate, and they charge for using the shuttle pod to and from the airport. Also, the shuttle pod does not work 24/7. The rooms have no USB charging, and no refrigerator, and the refrigerator in the lobby only has warm drinks! While I paid to stay at this hotel, I wouldn’t go back even if it were free!

I have stayed here before. The property is older but the rooms and staff are nice. Could use a facelift but overall a convenient place to stay.

The Breakfast is really good. and easy to get if you use a bus. They had "Pods" unfortunately they were closed because of covid. The service was really good, very friendly and helpful, nice beds and great view.

While the place was quite clean, the staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. They were not accommodating and customers seemed an inconvenience to them. The restaurant’s food was unappetizing and expensive for what they served.

I was disappointed that there was no USB port for charging my phone in the room. As a traveler from USA, I did not find something that I could allow for phone charging. Glad I brought a portable supply source. One can hardly travel without accessing the internet to check for messages, etc. The phone needs charging whenever possible. I wanted to take advantage of the restaurant but to assure the 3 hour in advance at airport, I had to not take advantage of that amenity. It would have been helpful to have times posted on the website for the amount of time the Hoppa Bus took to get to each of the terminals. Had to call to get the information and then it was stated to be 45 minutes to Terminal 3 rather than the 20 minutes it actually took. You can take a different bus from the airport to this site, but I was dropped off in a dark parking lot in the rain. The gate was opened for me, but in the cold rainy night, expected a lighted welcoming access gate (it was not the front entrance I was dropped off at) Thankfully did get in and didn't have to walk all the way around the property to get in the front. Better lighting and information would have been appreciated in advance.

Will not stop again. Pod not working,I can understand but driver of replacement bus tried to be funny and when I asked if he was replacement Pod he said; "no I am a bus driver !!!" He was really awkward and kept trying to say he could not really take me to hotel as I did not have a car ????

Thank you for your review, Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift and we apologise that you did not receive help with your luggage. We endeavour to provide assistance and allocate ground floor rooms for guests that request but apologies that this did not occur on your visit. The hotel has access to the POD as agreed by the Airport this access is chargeable and we have negotiated the lowest charge possible. The hotel pays 7.00 per person per journey to the operator, the facility is a huge advantage for the hotel as we are able to offer a quick direct connection. However we do not profit directly from the journey sales these are all collected on behalf of the operator. We are working hard to improve the standard of the rooms, facilities and service.
