Studio is located at the Holiday House Condominiums complex, in the Moody section of Wells, Maine (on the Ogunquit town line).

Holiday House Condominiums offers access to a seasonal, outdoor pool (typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day). The pool is not heated. Charcoal grills are also available on the property, in the green common area next to the pool (charcoal is not provided but available at local stores nearby, including the Hannaford grocery store).
