I am so glad I booked at this hotel! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the app worked like a charm and was very intuitive, and the smart tech in and outside of the room was fabulous. But number one, you really cannot beat the location. It's a quick stop to a bus that can take you to and from the airport, and you're right next to where the action is. I loved the efficiency of the room, smart design and layout. I really enjoyed being able to see the city live on the TV in my room. I also appreciated that both a hair dryer and flattening iron was provided. The "free coffee" machine on every floor was a treat as well. The community spaces were also well designed and comfortable and inviting spaces.

Beautiful hotel with modern art. The hotel is conviently located near many restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff is very friendly and there is a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Everything about the hotel was perfect except for the wifi. We bought the 2 day plan, but it constantly kicked us off. It would work for 5-10 min, then not work for 20 min or more. I did let the front desk know, but we were still charged, and they just said everything looked fine. I would still stay here because the location is great, and the apartment was perfect.
Had a great time , the hotel is ideally situated , opposite te papa museum every where down town highly walkable. There is a late opening supermarket literally on the next block though with wellingtons excellent restaurants I didn't use the kitchenette much. The art exhibits in hotel are fun and it was a relaxing stay. Only complaint was the road noise form outside was occasionally loud Highly recomended
