Amora Hotel Wellington

A bit outdated, needs a renovation. Even though they advertised 24 hour business center, they don't have a business center - printing is done via reluctant concierge. Not great for business. I specifically seek out hotels with business centers as I have to print and scan quite a bit. Breakfast is decent. Location is good.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while visiting Wellington. The hotel had a great location in the CBD with convenient access to many restaurants and stores. The room was comfortable and reasonably sized. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice 4 star hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Central location, near good restaurants, tiny "gym".

This hotel is in a great location, close to the Central Business District (CBD). Opted to go for the Club Room and found it was a great value, with harbour view rooms, a private lounge, free breakfast (including ala carte) and free drinks & appies every evening. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The club breakfast and evening drinks were great, room was very comfortable, great view, and very nice staff

Book a Club Room. Great value for the $. Evening wine/beer/ snacks, plus a full breakfast in the AM. Truly a great hotel, except for really poor internet service. Best spot in Wellington.

close to museums and tourist stuff.nice view of wellington.

Over all this hotel is 4 stars for me. Not quite 5 stars. Please clean the heat/Ac unit. I am afraid to turn on because it was a dirty.

Loved this hotel in the heart of Wellington very close to the Te Papa museum. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with directions.

Good location to visit the city, near by restaurants . people are nice , welcome ok . room, are small little old fashioned but clean . Bathroom or shower room, is clean, restyled ok I came back to this hotel after orbiz booking , which shows hotel ok . Would recommend it , good price value .

We stayed three nights in September 2010. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was well situated, close to the harbor waterfront and Te Papa Museum. There are many good restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one and we would stay there again. Don't miss Te Papa Museum. Also, Zealandia is a rare treat and the tour of Parliament is very interesting.
