This is hotel is close enough to walk from the train station. The room and bathroom were adequately sized. It was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go to walk. Staff was helpful. Red ambient lighting was weird. Comfortable and clean. The casino was a total bust, don't waste your time or money
Front desk staff was very rude. I have never seen that kind of pathetic service anywhere.
The hotel is located very near the rail station and also right in the heart of downtown Lucerne. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel!
Super close to train station, groceries, and restaurants. Room decor was fabulous. Very clean room. Hotel staff excellent service. Breakfast at restaurant was phenomenal.
They added a $40 fee at check-in for a second person even though I had booked a double room. Beware!
