Bed was extremely old and caved in, paint was peeling off the doors, pillows were old and it took 3 to equal 1. The fold out couch wasn’t actually a fold out. It just a wooden platform that pulled down… the staff was very kind and bathroom towels were clean as was the bedding… but that’s where it ended

Staff was friendly and helpful, room overall was nice and spacious. However the lights in the room were all way too bright, electrical outlets hummed when charging devices, shower curtain was too small for the shower so I had puddles to clean up after each use.

My stay although it was short, was nice and comfortable. I didn’t mind too much the closeness to the highway, but that could be an issue for people who are light-sleepers. I liked the channel selection of the TVs. Would stay again.

Entire front of hotel was wrapped in caution tape. Received a $25 charge after my stay that I still have not been notified as to why? Hallways and Elevators wet the entire time.
We stayed 3 days. There isn't much by the hotel but the noisy freeway. Due to COVID the gym, pool, and hot tub was closed. At check-in they didn't tell us there wouldn't be ANY room service. We had to go get our own towels and our trash was over flowing. Grab and go breakfast wasn't great (muffins, wheat poptarts, frozen mini pizzas, old apple slices, no drinks) The shuttle they advertise that goes to the stockyards ONLY runs on the weekends.
