Staff took extra effort to ensure that the facility was clean as many well construction personnel where using the motel.
We originally booked at a different hotel but they messed up our reservation. Microtel was our second choice.
The staffs appearance was completely non professional. Messy hair, unkempt, smoke smell in the lobby from a front desk attendant smoking with the back door open. Breakfast average. Housekeeping limited, ignored if you don't leave the room early in the morning. Room about the size of a walk in closet. Staff not accommodating to customers who didn't book directly off Microtel site. Not a single place to eat in the area of quality.
The hotel is relatively new (2009) and it show's it. We booked a double bed room and everything was spotless. I will come back
TV did not work, hair blower did not work. Carpet was dirty and had to ask them to vaccuum, the quality of this hotel has gone down since I was there a year ago. Compared to other hotels in this town it was one of the better ones.

Rooms were a bit small, but comfortable.Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. Room I had was a single,but a nice addition was the windowsill bed. The location of the hotel was convenient to the highway with several restaraunts close by. Overall it was a good value and I would stay here again.
Stayed the weekend for orientation at waynesburg, hotel staff was nice, hotel was clean, room was nice size, comfotable bed. I would stay again.
Nice room for the price; however, f you read a lot, the chair provided is hard as nails and very uncomfortable. Did most of our reading in the window seat. Excellent location, great staff and very clean, quiet room.

It was a good hotel- make sure you ask for 2 beds in the room you're staying in, I assumed they had 2 beds...not the case.
