The front office lady was nice and helpful. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the A/C worked fine on a hot day. This Days Inn is close to many restaurants.

I was booking a room here for July 4th. I hit the "back" button to check to see if they were pet friendly, and it reset the date to the current date. When's i got to the hotel the next day she couldn't find my reservation, and then tells me that I had booked it for the night before. I told the lady what happened, and she tells me that i had already paid for the night before, and if I wanted to stay there that night, I would have to pay again. I very obviously hadn't stayed the night before, and even offered to pay for part of that night on top of what I had paid for the room. She wouldn't budge, and still told me I had to pay double. I left and went to a hotel down the street that was nice and accommodating. I beg of you, don't hit the back button while trying to book here, or you'll end up paying $150 for one night at a cheap motel.

I was all set to write a four-star review for this hotel - and then we went to breakfast. Food was lukewarm and bland, butter in the butter packet was congealed, something was seriously wrong with the apple juice and there wasn't any ice water available. Plan to eat somewhere else. Now, the room is so cheap, you can do that and still have a good value. Our room was clean, looked and smelled fresh. Beds were fairly comfortable. I like a firm bed, so if you like a soft bed, you would probably be happy here. Plenty of room with mini fridge and microwave. There is a LOT of road noise. Obvious, it's a hotel next to the interstate and there's nothing they can do about that. Just letting you know that if you are a light sleeper, you might want to look for something farther from the highway. The front desk attendant in the evening was fantastic. He was friendly and helpful - he even made a suggestion for where to get dinner. The morning attendant was considerably less pleasant, especially when I went down and asked for a towel. There were only three towels and we had four guests. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again because of the breakfast. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here due to cleanliness and price.

One member of your check-in staff was a bit unhelpful. others were super nice(as I expect) nice.

This hotel looks nice enough but be sure to stay on the northern side of this motel... The South side was extremely noisy!!! And depending on the time of the year you will have bugs ...! The hotel staff didn't know what to do about it. Did not discount the room rate even though I asked about discount after I discovered a bug in my bed sheets... Not staying here again...!!!

Breakfast left much to be desired. Not much selection or flavor. I killed an outside critter in my bathroom Monday night...no big deal, he probably flew in when the door was open. Problem is, the body was still in the same place when I checked out Friday morning....makes you wonder what else they didn't clean.

I was in room 226, which is above the pool, closest to the road. The road noise was very noticeable. The room was clean, but there were a couple dead bugs in the tub & a couple live ones in the sink. None on the bed, thankfully, but there were about 20 beetle-like bugs just outside the door. I didn't notice many outside other rooms, so I think the room is just in a bad spot. Breakfast was ok, with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc

Beautiful room, looks brand new. Friendly staff too. Best motel we've ever stayed at! Could not get my phone to connect to WiFi (but could be my phone). Left something in fridge after checkout, called, & it was waiting in Lobby on my return! Wow. Thanks.

Everything was great!! The only thing is I wish the rooms had better lighting. It is hard for me to see when I put on my makeup since the room is too dim.

The hotel itself is average. It's a good price for the stay. We come to ennis to visit family, and have stayed here the last three visits. However, each time we've stayed here the key won't work and we've been locked out in horrible weather with kids having to run to front to have the key redone. That's my only complain though. If we didn't have this problem the stay would be great. The rooms are nice for the price. Nothing fancy, but nice enough to sleep!
