Breakfast is hot certain hours, continental the other listed hours. Great quality. Hot tub is awesome after the slopes. Tower room was great both times I've stayed. Very clean and comfy. Must ask for a Do Not Disturb sign at the front desk for whatever reason

Staff was slow to check in. Parking area and walkways extremely icy. No salt. Beds need to be replaced. 2 towels in room for 4 people, when asked for more, staff was rude and we were told they only had hand towels left. Garbage on the floor from previous guests in our room. Pool was closed. Not very accommodating for larger groups. Staff was outside front door smoking all the time.

I prepaid a bit extra for a deluxe room, no real issues checking in. Seemed to be only one person working but the short wait wasn't bad. Went with a deluxe room due to back and hip issues, and after a day of driving, the whirlpool before bed helps me sleep and function the next day without taking meds. After checking in, my wife and I ran a few errands before going up to the room. We picked up a few groceries that needed refrigeration, found the refrigerator not working, checked the electrical and the settings, no dice. In the mean time My wife noticed a nasty, chunky stain on the bedspread which appeared to be vomit or excrement or something... that went directly to the corner. Started filling the whirlpool and found out it would not start. looked around for reset switches etc. and could not find so called the front desk. "I will let maintenance know." was all I was told, no ETA or chance of moving to another room. So we waited...checked email, packed the groceries in ice, and turned on the TV to pass the time. 3 hours later, nothing, and it was time to get some sleep for an early morning. Meds taken and night of tossing and turning.

The stay was ok for the price but I wish I could have got the room for cheaper. The best parts of the hotel is the pool area and the hot breakfast and the additional parking lot for trailers. I'm glad it was only a 1 night stay otherwise I might have asked for a room upgrade. Waiting for more than 10 minutes to check in. Only 1 person working on a Friday night.

This was the worst experience I have ahead at a hotel. The first room I was given the door was not locked. There was paper in the door blocking the door from closing properly. I asked for a different room, and the person working did so. I was then placed in a room In the tower. Upon my arrival in that room, I found the patio door was unlocked. The rooms and hotel in general were dirty. I then went to the hot tub which was not so hot. It was cold. I checked the pool and the temperature of the pool felt warmer than the hot tub. This was the worst experience I have had and will not be back there.

It would be difficult to pinpoint the last time this room was shampooed or air-out and fumigated. It was completely smoke filled. In fact, it was so bad I had to wash every piece of my clothing because everything smelled from cigarette smoke when I came home. The employees at the front desk were less than friendly and not welcoming. DO not stay here!

Upon arrival we were very disappointed, very run down, and dirty! As we were bringing our things in we were approached by other guests saying they were leaving because of bed bugs! We immediately checked out our beds and YES they were invested with bugs, the room was filthy the carpet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime, and the odor was horrible! I contacted manager and he said your welcome to check out if you don’t like it, but didn’t issue a refund!!! This was by far the worst hotel I have ever visited! We immediately left and were just sickened with the thought they they were even open . Should definitely be shut down!!

Very dated and dirty. Check In took a long time, rooms weren't ready. Understaffed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE GOOD STUFF: Convenient location. Pleasant, cheerful day staff. Maintenance fixed a nonfunctional deadbolt. It took about 36 hrs because it was the weekend. THE BAD STUFF: There is a strong chlorine smell as you walk in. Ground floor & 2nd floor (not Tower part) looks as if it had been an outdoor hotel (Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn) that has been encapsulated/brought indoors. Unprofessional, confused front desk night staff. There are no recycling bins. Rm 117 - Dirty! Melted cheese on old mini fridge. Toilet not flushed. Toilet plugged. Old CRT t.v. Holes in the walls from molly bolts. Noisy air conditioner. Very thin walls. Rm 409 “Tower”- Sink had lots of little small cracks. Wallpaper & plaster peeling. “Balcony” concrete crumbling. POOL - Drain had hair & gray slime around it. Drunk people in the hot tub. Under age kids were left alone in the pool while parents went to the room. BREAKFAST: Too much plastic! The plastic forks are wrapped in plastic. Very weak coffee. This place needs so much work on so many different areas! It needs to be bought by someone who has several millions of dollars to spend to bring this property into the 21st century, not just fix all the problems! Don’t stay here!

The hotel is just a bit outdated, but in a charming way.

Room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable.

The front desk lady was drunk, our room was so musty we had to go buy candles air fresheners and air purifier to even stay in the room we would have left but no hotels in the area had any rooms left I would love a refund on my stay

When we checked in they said the pool has been down for a week and then when we got to our room the Wi-Fi would not connect and they did not do anything about it

We specifically go to hotels in the winter to use hot tubs, and we have used this one in the past. This particular weekend the hot tub was not working, nor was the children's pool area. The children ended up going into the hot tub because it was not hot. The hotel has not been able to keep up with maintenance this winter. There are buckets everywhere because of the leaking skylights. We will not choose this hotel in the winter anymore.

The door was very difficult to open with the key card. There was no hot water until morning. Otherwise, it was relatively clean.

I stayed here on a recent business trip, I literally booked it on my way to Wausau. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Check in was simple, rooms and hotel are showing their age but overall not that bad. Didn't make use of any of the facilities as I was in late and out early but I would use it again for the same situation.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights and during the whole stay the hotel had no hot water. Water is ICE COLD! Was promised it would be fixed on second day which it wasn't. Then was told I would be charged a fee if I cancelled my second night. Was told I won't know how much they are gonna compensate me if any for 2 more days.

The hotel is older but maintained. Still could use a little more maintenance but not bad. It has a functioning hot tub, kid's pool, and regular pool. In addition the sauna is also working along with some gym equipment.

Pretty straight up for your money. Open air pool and rooms facing that direction may get people sitting and talking outside the room late at night. Skip the breakfast. Nice desk staff.
