Ever heard you get what you pay for, well trust me it's true. The rates were cheap, but I never expected this horrible place. The Staff was rude. Hotel room had a very nasty smell, walls were dirty. Mouse feces in the bath room. And television was very statically. Wasn't aware of the Wi-Fi until we checked out. ..I wouldn't recommend this place to no-one.

All I wanted to do was REST: THAT- I Did. After, a long trip to watch my Daughter's Navy Boot Camp Graduation, Sleep was all I wanted. I Thank GOD He chose this hotel for us. I'll come back again!! Thank You RAMADA!!

I triple locked my door. The front of the hotel will fool you! It is not a nice hotel to stay in.

The hallways an room smells like smoke and mildew. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. room did not look anything like pictures online. Walls are so thin that you hear everything from rooms next to you. The room upstairs sounded as if they were stumping all day. Hot tub wasn't working. Please do your research before staying here. I have never had this problem at a Ramada before

Rooms need much work, wall paper coming off, TV very bad picture, sink looked like it had been broken and never fixed. The pool was very dirty for a indoor pool. The hot tub wasn't working and looked to have been that way for a year or so. The sauna was same not working. TV in work out room was missing the remote and the channel buttons on the TV had been bashed in, also not working. The TV in the breakfast room looked to have very large burnt holes from a cigarette on the screen. No easy axis to the pool from the room. The door had been broken at some time and now had been padlocked. You had to walk through a maze of hall ways into the front lobby to enter the pool.

Hallway and room had a smell not worth the money.not like what is shown online.

There was water all over the carpet by the air conditioner

Hallway smells musty, room smelled like smoke and walked in one night with the hallways and my room smelling like marijuana. could not sleep both night due to continuous knocking by the neighbor trying to get in his room on the first night and second night by police knocking on the same neighbors door trying to get them to open the door. I did not feel safe at all thinking my family could be in danger of a cross fire. I did like convenience of having a shuttle to and from Navy camp.

This was our second time staying Since it's close to Six Flags & inexpensive. The rooms seem clean & work well if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The breakfast is okay however on our second morning they had absolutely NOTHING not even plates to put your food on. The lady working in the breakfast area only spoke Spanish & when I got the front desk person (after waiting 5 minutes) he disappeared & we didn't see him again. That was a huge disappointment not only to us but the other hotel guests as well.

Pics are so misleading. My reason for visiting was Six flags and while I was only there at night I dreaded this place. Pool was murky and I didn't even let my kids in it. The hallways were smelly ? and I even saw a toilet plunger outside ones room in the hallway. I thought Ramada(s) Hotels had a certain standard - I guess not.

The staff is great, the hotel room is gross. This is the worst Ramada that I have ever stayed in. The Internet pictures are deceiving. As you walk down the hall to your room, you will see ceiling tiles dropping from water damage. As you open the door to your room, you will be greeted by funky dirty feet smell. There is no refrigerator in your room. The breakfast area is NOT air conditioned, felt like over 100 degrees. Not a good experience. To many things in the room itself that were broken/damaged. Example: literally a black wall (dirt or fire damage) above the toilet! On a positive note, there was no bugs!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hall way stinks like urine and marijuana. The carpet stained. The paint peeling off walls. In the room I pulled back bedding the mattress was so soiled and stained. The sheets had blood on them still red like it had not been washed. The air-conditioning was not working, blowing out hot air. In the bathroom it had mold around tub and wall above tub. Bypass the Ramada inn it's awful. Don't stay here.

Would not stay here again. Would make me question staying at any Ramada anywhere.

Place needs updating, but bed was comfortable and breakfast was OK. You get what you pay for, perfect place to sleep after a show at Genesee Theater. Not a destination spot.

Smoke detector battery was beeping so they removed the whole box and left us without one for 2 nights. Used paper cup on floor behind curtain. Paint chipping on walls, wasn't told there was no bathtub in our room. Had kids to bath. Pool was full of very loud people. Got a headache from the noise. Had to keep asking for towels. My parents were told it was a smoke free room and it smelled like a heavy smoker was in there.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in May while we spent some time at Six Flags. The pros: great location, plenty of parking, courteous staff, free breakfast and coffee in the lobby, indoor pool with a hot tub, large and secure building (seems nicer than some motels), and a clean, comfortable room. The cons: in the middle of renovations at the time, had to wait 10 minutes to find someone at the front desk after 11:00 p.m.. Would recommend for a short stay due to its proximity to the theme park and comfort/amenities for the price, but it's not really a destination hotel.

I was greeted by probably the nicest night clerk I have met (a woman). The room was clean, decent, typical. The hotel could use some maintenance. The advertised sauna doesn't work. The hot tub/pool was unheated. A broken glass panel on the side of the pool was covered with plywood (I bet it has been there for a while). Doors to the pool from the rooms does not work, making you walk through the lobby in your bathing suit (there are signs not to do this). This place has seen better days and should be priced well below the price asked.

Stayed at this hotel for my sons navy graduation. Very close to restaurants, shopping and the navy base. Needs some work to the rooms but for the price and location it was just fine.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes to check in. We were attending a wedding. The bride choose this hotel. We needed to check and and get dressed before the reception. I had booked two rooms. One was to have two queen beds and a raised toilet. The other two doubles. I was told the room with the queens was not clean yet it was after three pm. The first room 255,smelled badly of cigarette smoke the other room 250 smelled musty. There was no elevator the hallways were dirty, dingy and dimly lit. The bathroom had been updated there was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper was I the counter. The refit card door locking mechanism did not work every time, you had to insert the card a few times to get it to work. This hotel was dirty and smelly. A very unpleasant stay.

measured up to its (2) earned stars. The continental breakfast needs proteins.
