Suburban Extended Stay Hotel C

We stayed for 3 nights. All was fine. The kitchen could have been better equipped with more plates, cups, utensils etc. To get new clean towels each day, you need to bring your dirty ones to the desk. That seemed odd to me but I suppose that's one way of keeping costs down. I also had to go to the desk to ask for a toaster, more coffee and more soap. Front desk staff were friendly so not a problem. Location is good- near Target, stores, and restaurants. Plenty of parking

The room had everything I needed and was very quiet. Slept like a baby too!

Have no problem with this property. Location was great, many eating places near by.

I'm delayed in submitting my review for my stay in early July. Anyway, my husband and I have stayed here the past couple of years and it was good. I like the decor and the room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint this recent trip is the migrant farm workers were always hanging around outside and near the entry/exit doors. Every time we left or came back from parents house they were around.

I was in town for business and I chose this hotel since it was close to where I needed to be and the price was fair. It was a good choice. I was out most of the day,and was only there at night to sleep and in the morning to shower and get ready. That's all I needed and the hotel was good for doing that.

Nice value. I liked having the option to cook or warm up leftovers. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel and comfortable stay. We were in the process of moving out-of-state and our lives a bit hectic and our son could not find his key. Asked the front desk for another and they said that was not possible..never had been given that type of response. Then, about two in the morning we heard someone enter our room and my wife yelled out to him. Said he was the night manager doing a room check. Also, never had someone perform a 'room check' by entering our room. Perhaps just random events but events nonetheless.

We went down to Cedar Falls to visit some friends with our 2 year old. The pool was great, room had a great set up for our needs.

This was a very last minute booking on a football weekend. I only needed a room to sleep in but was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was! It had a kitchen, which included a nice sized refrigerator, stove top and microwave. I didn't really take much advantage of it due to my short stay but how handy it would be if staying there for a weekend or longer. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There is no breakfast included but I suppose that is due to having kitchen. I would stay there again.

We used the hotel for a two night stay. Since neither of us drive at night, we appreciated the full kitchen available. Especially liked the directions and maps provided by the staff.

A wonderful stay. The staff was excellant. The room was just wonderful

Great place to stay if you have a child at UNI! Especially if you have younger kids since they have a pool.

Great. Very clean. Quiet. Definitely stay again. Room has great kitchen area. Bed extremely comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We are pleased that you "slept like a baby" - that in the end is the best service a hotel can offer. We hope that you will come visit us again.
