No pool. Booked it because it was supposed to have a pool - thought the kids would like that. It has one, but its closed/unoperable. The whole building inside is pretty rough. Half the lights were off, drip buckets and trash cans were everywhere to catch leaking water. Ceiling had water damage and was pretty poor condition. Noisy late, was a bunch of people drinking and playing cards in the lobby with kids running around. No elevator to get our stuff tonthe second floor. No breakfast, no restaurant/bar. Definitely will not stay there again.

It was a great place for what I needed. I was in-town visiting UNI nearby and just needed a room for the night. It was overall okay, there were many buckets around the hotel for dripping water, but was basic for what I needed.

The best part was the bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Bathroom had hair on the floor from many visitors. Refridg was dirty. Rug in room was dirty glitter leftover from a party. Eating area cabinets were filthy. Food drippings and hand smears. The receptionist check in was not very welcoming but unfriendly

This place is really a place you rent by the week. The roof was leaking everywhere, outside needs landscaped, the pool needs painted. Overall shabby. The rooms were clean and beds comfy so we could put up rest.

My son had a room and i had another. Issues: Unreliable key cards despite keeping away from electronic devices. Broken air conditioner. Could not cool the room down. Carpet not cleaned since the day it was installed. Cheetos under the bed, large cracks in the walls, no hand soap in the room, tv didn't work... very poor conditions, lack of upkeep, lack of basic maintenance.

Room was nice/average. Staff interaction was nice. Only weird thing is there were no external windows and our room window looked into a hallway. Which I thought would be really odd, but wasn't as bad as i imagined. Was quiet and stayed dark in the morning. ;)

Booked into smoking room, tho they changed it immediately. Hotel was old, run-down, dingy, noisy, would not stay there again.

the hotel was dirty. the hallway ceiling tiles had mold and the bathroom ceiling tiles had mold. yuck

Poor, hotel is beyond needing an updating. Bathroom tile grout and tub calking cracked and discolored / molding. Wall paper in poor condition and falling off in many areas. Fitness equipment worn out and unmaintained.

decent hotel, good location for our purposes
