This was our first time visiting Boston and we definitely picked the right hotel. The front desk staff is the best. Moe and Joe offer the best local advice and best service you can ask for. The room was large, clean, and full of little touches like daily chocolates (which our daughter loved) and complimentary bottle of wine. The area around the hotel is safe and full of things to see and do. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet change from the large chain hotels. You won’t regret it.
This property was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive from the minute we arrived to the second we left. The views of the harbor are amazing! Easy walk to the North End or shopping. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This property was close to anything and everything we wanted to see or do but just a few hundred yards off the beaten path to be out of the hustle and bustle. Could not ask fir more.

We found a true gem in Boston! All positive, parking was easy and secure, room was beautiful, along with the linens and the continental breakfast.

I stayed in Room 210, which is the only room on the top floor of this little hotel. Balconies on three sides of the room gave what could be the city's very best views. It's at the end of Commercial Wharf so it's super quiet (except for the bells from the occasional water ferry). The rooms are all updated, the bed was super comfortable, and it was very clean. The only thing I'd change is to add blackout drapes -- it got pretty light in the room even with the cloth blinds they have installed. But not the biggest deal. Great staff and overall great experience. Of, and it's a short walk to The Sail Loft, a North End mainstay that I love.
Wish we had more time there. We will return. The room was warm and inviting and the balcony was a great addition. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
Our room was overlooking Boston Harbor with a wonderful large sun deck. Room was quite large with all of the amenities that you would expect.
Close to Freedom Trail and was Great for walking North Boston. Used water taxi from Logan airport, lots of fun and quick. Staff at hotel were awesome, friendly, helpful. This is definitely a 5 Star B and B.
