We had a great experience at the hotel. Our restaurant waiter Hussein was extremely nice and helpful and that made out stay even more pleasant. Restaurant food was very nice too. Healthy options for kids, not your usual mac and cheese or hamburger choice. We visited D.C. because had to evacuate Florida for the hurricane and made the best out of our time there. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was lack of convenient shuttle service to and from the Metro Station. The hotel had only certain hours on schedule and if you missed it the only option was a taxi. Other than that it was a very good experience.

The hotel staff is exceptional! They were helpful & professional. Special mention: Hassan who works as a waiter in the restaurant is an excellent professional! I can't say enough about him. He is the reason I will be returning to the hotel on my next visit to Virginia

Hotel and staff were excellent. Food was over priced and just ok.

The hotel had a good breakfast, nice grounds,and easy parking. I just didn't like having to pay for wi fi.

Upon arrival, free shuttle to the hotel was good (every 30 minutes). We arrived around 5:30PM and we had an easy check-in and inquired about a Happy Hour and the clerk said they didn't have one. We came downstairs to eat around 6:15 and were told the Happy Hour ends at 6. We went to the desk after we ate so we could find out how to travel to downtown DC from Dulles Airport Hotel. The clerk suggested only one way by taking the shuttle to the airport and catching the 5A bus to L'Enfant Plaza, then take the Metro. When we returned home, we had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold for a bus. When we arrived at the airport waiting for our shuttle to the hotel, we met a couple from another hotel that informed us that the best way is to catch a Silver Express at the airport to the Restin Metro Station. This gets you to the Metro system outside of the city and you're not out on the street. After returning to the hotel we inquired at the desk about the best way to commute and they acted like they knew nothing about it.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious. Staff was very accommodating and there is a shuttle to Dulles airport every 30min.

Having just stayed at the DC City Westin ( which was a beautiful hotel and experience), I have to say I was pretty disappointed to see the condition of the rooms of this hotel especially the cleanliness.( hair in the bathtub, dirty table) I was only here for one night so cant say much for the service but overall very disappointing for the price I paid.

For as nice as this hotels rooms and facilities are, you'd think management would go that extra mile to ensure the staff (especially those who work the front desk) were courteous and appreciative of their customers. Rooms are superb... staff, not so much.

This hotel has a unique location, exceptional service, and nice facilities. Everything you would expect at a luxury hotel is right at your fingertips at this Westin. I strongly recommend for either business or pleasure!

The bar staff in the lobby restaurant was excellent. They were extremely accommodating. The food was also excellent! The room was very comfortable with a great shower, a very comfortable bed and a mini fridge. Wifi was an additional charge of $10/day, which I felt should have been included in the room since the room price was a little high.

Wanted to stay there because it had a hot tub but we were disappointed that the hot tub heater was broken and we couldn't enjoy it. Also, most hotels offer free wifi so we were surprised there was a daily fee of $9.95 to connect. Otherwise everything was very nice

We stayed at this hotel before going on a trip to South Africa. It was very convenient to the airport, very comfortable room and very clean.

Its not a four star hotel...but overall gud...with clean room and comfortable beds....

disappointing for a westin!!!

Having just stayed at the DC City Westin ( which was a beautiful hotel and experience), I have to say I was pretty disappointed to see the condition of the rooms of this hotel especially the cleanliness.( hair in the bathtub, dirty table) I was only here for one night so cant say much for the service but overall very disappointing for the price I paid.
