Nearby, you'll discover fantastic shops, restaurants, attractions, and scenic running trails. If you're attending events at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, you're just a quick 5-minute walk away. After a bustling day in the city, our condo offers a quiet and cozy retreat for you to unwind.
The Space:
In the master bedroom, you'll find a spacious king-sized bed, remote-controlled room-darkening shades, a private bathroom, and not one, but two huge walk-in closets! The secondary bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed, 48-inch TV, with the main bathroom just a few steps down the hall. Our modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals, and there's a convenient bar/dining area for you to relax. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, a twin-size futon, and a 72-inch SmartTV, along with a selection of books for your enjoyment. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer right inside the rental. We've got everything you need for a perfect vacation or business trip.

Guests will have access to the entire top-floor unit. It is not shared. There are tenants living downstairs, so please be mindful of the noise levels.
