The TV in the 1st room, we were assigned, did not work. There was only 1 face cloth and hand towel and 1 bar of soap. The same bathroom needs were found in 2nd room. Other bathroom problems included a poorly designed shower that required you to be covered with cold water to turn the shower on and to adjust the temperature. The shower leaked and the high tech mirror provided no light to put make-up on. The heating/cooling unit was not acceptable and the pull out bed/couch was uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. At 2AM there were people in the hall way talking loudly. In room 2, there was only 1 side of the bed to plug in cell phones, etc.The woman at the front desk did ask if we had a pleasant stay and I expressed my displeasure. She compensated our problems with $20 off the room's cost.

Warm welcome and cleanliness of hallways and rooms
The property was nice and in a good location, close to restaurants and easy access to the highways, etc. The staff was friendly, even while on the phone they would greet or say goodbye to people coming in and out of the building, just a quick wave or "hello".
Breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean. It is also close to lots of food options.
Our room was gross. Spots on carpet and walls, wallpaper peeling, etc. But the staff was nice. Had recently stayed at the Westin in Herndon for a fee dollars less, which probably made this hotel seem worse.
We arrived an hour early and did not have any problems. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife forgot her toothbrush and a replacement was made readily available.
We had a 2 bed room with a pull out couch. Turned out the beds were not queens, rather full so the bed was a bit small for the wife and I. Make sure you check the sizes, I guess I didn't.
From pick-up at airport to check-in very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers did everything to make the stay pleasant. Assisted with all our request, provided recommendations for food, excellent. Would definitely stay again if in area.
The room was neat but the bath tub was tooo slippery. Scared I might trip and fall. Breakfast was okay. Over all stay was great.
I have booked this hotel several times over the last few years and it's great every time. The past few years I have had trouble checking in because of the attitude given by the staff. Other wise great hotel.
The hotel is one of the best choise I have made while traveling. Big and well layout space. Very comfortable bed. Neat clean with all accessories needed. Staff very friendly. They also provide hot breakfast with a wide sellection of food. And provides free shuttle to Washington Dulles airport.
