The property was well maintained and clean, and the room was very spacious and modern. Very satisfied overall with the room and property. Lobby area was clean, and the breakfast was well laid out and had a lot of options. The only drawbacks were that the AC unit (or something else) was very loud when it would come on. It wasn't frequent, but it sounded like an idling truck. The other was that the elevator was very, VERY slow. I never actually took the elevator, as it took far too long, and I always ended up taking the stairs.
We loved our stay here! Place was beautiful and clean, breakfast was great too. Beds are a bit small but so comfy! Also the front dest and staff was so helpful and cheerful.

Room sizes are nice with full kitchens. Some rooms even include gas fireplaces which is nice on a cold day.
no hot water in shower and no television service. front desk was not accomodating when told at check out.
We were there for only one night with our two adult sons. The studio with 2 doubles and a double fold out sofa met our needs. The sofa was not particularly comfortable but I'm not sure a comfortable sofa bed exists! I was afraid it was going to be too far out since we were there for the MCM 10K. But, the metro station was close by and there was no charge for parking. Worked out quite well for us and the hotel graciously gave us an extra hour for checkout so we had time to return and for my sons to take showers before we hit the road back home - a nearly 5 hr drive so the shower was needed!
Staff are friendly. The property is quite comfortable and the breakfast has a good spread. I arrived around midnight and the staff at ref reception was very helpful. When my key does not work, he came to help. The next morning, there was free shuttle to the metro. The staff, Paula Santos and Mr Kyong gave me a ride on different days and it was just so convenient, also a nice chat along the way. Great service!
My only complaint is breakfast. It was packed! They definitely need more staff and a bigger area to provide breakfast in a timely manner It was chaos. Long line. Waited for food to b refilled.

No problem at all. Loved everything. The fourth floor was remodeling, I guess. However, no noise bothered us. I enjoyed the Korean Grocery shop near the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this place.
The staff is very helpful. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner. There is a small strip mall next to the hotel that you can walk to to eat and shop. It is very close to the hospital!! The building itself is clean, but could use some renovations.
it has a beautiful outdoor where visitors and family members can hangout. I hope the closing time to outside seating was extended until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm
Fairly decent place to stay. I was here for work so I didn't have a lot of choices nearby.
Stayed here many times. Great location. Facilities and furnishings have seen better days. I prepaid, but the desk clerk ran an additional credit card when I got there (I was tired and not really paying attention). Getting ready to check to make sure that I was not double billed for my 3 night stay. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was a great experience for the second time! The room and staff was great and in a great location. I will stay at this hotel everything I come in this area
