Incredibly friendly staff made my mothers birthday even brighter!
Beautiful accommodations with great bar and restaurant
Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I recommend it.
Only complaint would be under the bed we found garbage from previous occupants. Room could be cleaned better
I booked and paid for a king room. They initially gave me a room with a double bed and then a queen room after I complained. The room was far from satisfactory. I expect to get what I paid for. In this case I didn't
hotel is in good location with all necessary amenities; rooms were not the most modern but was all I needed
Staff was very attentive. Room was clean and comfortable
I already paid before. I come back house.I paid again. I dont know. why?????????????????????
It is very convenient, close to public transportation, very clean and close to decent breakfast and coffee. Service was pretty good and the place was ok for travelling with children. I would recommend it to younger travelers.
Excellent hotel...very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
Staff was very helpful on things to do and directions. $12.95 per day for Wi-Fi in your room is a little over the top. Lobby and bar area always busy because you get Wi-Fi for free.
The staff and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel was overall great. I had only a few problems with it but other than that would definitely stay again. The amenities were standard except the wifi was available for purchase only and there weren't many eating places, especially late night spots.
The a Renaissance at DuPont Circle is centrally located near all the top areas to visit in Washington DC.
Really loved this hotel, didn't give it a 5 because of no microwave and no free wifi! Our stay was just awesome!! Very friendly and oh such helpful staff personnel, who went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Marina, our cleaning lady is the best!!!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Awesome!!!
Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were great. Location nice. A small walk to metro lines but not bad. Would recommend.
I think it was a good experience, I just wish the price wasn't as high.
Location was great - right near Dupont Circle - my favorite part of town. Staff was very friendly, courteous and always helpful with directions and help. Accommodations very comfortable. Bar area was great meeting area.
This hotel has an excellent location and comfortable rooms, it is easy to walk to Dupont Circle, Washington Square and most monuments. It has a great lobby and the staff was really kind at front desk, the door and the room service. i would definitely recommend to stay here. The only thing I didn´t love was the view from my room, but is a minor issue and also I would improve the breakfast buffet.
A friend and I stayed at this hotel during Memorial Day weekend 2012. I picked this hotel due to the location in town, nightlife and proximity to the Metro. A great hotel by far. Greeted with smiles as soon as you get there. Never had a complaint and didn't want to leave. LOL My one warning is to stay away from eating inside the hotel. Not only is it overpriced but there is a whole city of food out the door.
