It is what it is -- affordable lodging. I got what I expected and paid for, no surprises or disappointments.

Only negative was the construction being done, which was slightly irritating, but you can't fail someone trying to improve the property. Location is excellent. Staff were excellent.

Location, cleanliness and price OK. many restaurants nearby

The overall experience was good, check-in was awkward considering there was no one at the front desk to check us in at 10PM! We waited about 10 min. The clerk came in very apologetic. The room was clean and acceptable and we stayed for 2 nights. Did not visit pool, fitness center or partake in the free breakfast. The only problem I had was housekeeping knocking on my room door @ 8AM when check out is at 12PM! When I didn't answer, she decided to come on in, and boy did she get a surprise!

I read some reviews and looked at the star ratings and I thought I made a wise choice. This hotel nor room impressed me. There was stains on the carpets, sticky stuff. I was afraid of the bedding. The iron would stick to your clothes. Just not a good experience.

It was clean and pi et friendly but the bathroom was so small you could fit in it

Rooms are getting old, bathroom is too small but the staff are friendly

it was satisfactory. Th e young woman at the front desk seemed very inexperienced so checking in took more time than it needed. It was the first time i have stayed ina hotel that still had an anolog tv and one that should've been replaced. The walls were a tad thin as i could hear enough guest noise that i ran the fan all night to drown it out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, however the hotel wasn't amazing in itself.

good rate. Makes for affordable touring in DC. The room was okay and the breakfast worked. Would probably use again.

The front desk staff was friendly but the cleaning ladies weren't very polite.

Average, not for more than one night. The room was clean and in good state.

Sink was very dirty, staff was not helpful. Room keys kept not working.

I reserved a non smoking room. The door had a sign on it saying that it was a non-smoking room but it STUNK from smoke. I went to other rooms to try to find a "real " non-smoking room but they were all the same. I had already paid for the room on line so they had my money and it was late or I would have left to fine another place.

"The good":the room was clean, even though the rugs were a little stained. "The bad": the room was very average and it is probably not good for allergy sufferers (mine were triggered). "The ugly": advertised that it had a shuttle to the Metro and in reality it was just the "local Metro bus." The Pool advertised belonged to the Ramada Inn next door. The "BIG UGLY" was when went to visit our cousin and stayed over his house for a night. We were checked out of our room, which was paid in advanced for four nights. It took about half an hour to get checked in again.

My stay was fantastic. There was several things to do while i was there. The diner across the street is awesome if you want some late night food. Employees were respectful and able to help whenever i had a question or concern.

Hotel was dirty and very run down. I stayed at this same Days Inn 7-8 years ago but I don't remember it being in such rough shape.

Close to U. of MD. Decent but carpets could be cleaner. Would be nice if it had a fridge.

We attended college function. Hotel was adequate and friendly, very conveniently located. Clean rooms and facilities. Very functional for visitng the University of Maryland. i would return.

the hotel was in collage park .It was nice the room way clean the bed was nice...the frount deck people were nice.It was a little noisy at night but all in all a nice place to stay .
