This was our second stay at this hotel. This time wasn't as great as the first. Although the location is very close to attractions, the condition of our room was okay. The room had a smell to it. Like musty urine. Also, the tub and sink were clogged so while we showered our feet soaked due to the tub draining very slowly. I used the fitness room this time around. Although it is small, it was clean. I was able to complete my workout comfortably. Plus, the hotel has free parking which is hard to come by in the Arlington/D.C. area.

Very close to the Rosslyn Metro Station which we used every day to get around D.C. It saved us a lot of money not having to pay for parking. Also walking distance to the Iwo Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetery. Would definitely stay again

Nice location but the room is very outdated and renovated

Close to metro station which is the best way to get around DC. Free parking is the deal. Be prepared to walk it is Washington DC Don't try to check in early, it won't happen!

Great location. Close to Rosalyn Metro Station. Target, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Panera Bread and lots of great restaurants between BW hotel and Metro Station. Best taco truck 1/2 block from BW hotel. Staff was very gracious, friendly and helpful.

- easy walk to metro - easy walk to arlington cemetery - quiet area - very large dorm fridge in room - microwave - free room wifi

We've been 3 days in Washington D.C and I'm glad we've chose this hotel, because it was so confortable to visit every single monument in this city and drive so close to the downtown. Amazing view!

The hotel is conveniently close to the Rosslyn metro station, just a 7 minute walk, and easy to find. There are quite a few places to eat within convenient walking distance from the hotel + an Italian and pizza restaurant adjacent (which I did not have a chance to try). The staff was very pleasant and helpful and provided good information ont he surrounding area. The location is close to Arlington Blvd, but still quiet and easy to sleep in.

If you are looking for a hotel that is inexpensive and within walking distance to some of D.C.'s great monuments this is the place. However, the room did look old and out of date. It could have used a good coat of paint in the bathroom. One really annoying thing is that the room we were in on the second floor creaked and popped. It would do this randomly at night. Parking was free, which is hard to come by in D.C., but it was crammed. Parking near the rooms was limited but there is additional parking in the garage under the hotel. Bad part about the parking garage is that it is dark and tight. We drive a 4Runner so we had park way at the bottom in the back. Had we parked next to other cars we would have risked dings or having to squeeze just to get in and out. Plus side is that, once again, it was free with a provided permit and has cameras. The staff was friendly. Our beds were changed everyday. New towels were always waiting for us. The room came with a fridge and microwave. We didn't eat there but there is also an Italian restaurant right next to the hotel. My husband is an avid runner so the fact that there was a park with a paved trail was a plus. Overall, this hotel was pretty good. We didn't spend a lot if tine in our room so the minor issues were not a problem for us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaning. Location is good.

I think the title says it all. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, which has made mold obvious. There were ants all over the bathroom counter, but we didn't know that at first because the counters are dark marble. Needless to say, the ants ended up all over our stuff. There's a ridiculous step up from the main room area to the bathroom area that two of my sons, and my husband stubbed their toes on, causing two of them to bleed A LOT. The table in our room was so wobbly, I didn't even like sitting near it. I'll never stay here again.

Rats in the court yard by the pool. Smoking area right in front of the front door.

The hotel is keep in good condition and staff are friendly. What's plus is its perfect location. Near the subway, and if you want to go to New York, there is a bus nearby, vamoose bus. Save your time to go to the union station in downtown.

The staff was great. The room was ok. Its a good place at a great price if your going to visit D.C. My only complaint was that the pool was a little cold. Not great but not bad. Just ok. Would have no problem staying there again.

We have stayed here several times before and been satisfied. The location is close to the Metro, restaurants, and the interstate. But check in was not near as smooth as years past. One day we returned to our room at 9pm to find that it had not been serviced at all. We will look for a different hotel next year.

Close to Rosslyn Metro. Only one stop and you're at GWU. Walk to several near by restaurants, 7 Eleven, Target, Safeway and AMC theaters.

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our stay was. The room was larger than expected. It was clean and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great location for our daily trips around the area. We had filled up our small refrigerator with fruit and snacks which we'd purchased at the Whole Foods market a couple of miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned and made up by the time we returned from our excursions. We would definitely recommend this motel as a great home base to explore DC and its surrounds.

Only ~10 min drive from most DC tourist attractions. Nothing really within walking distance but I didn't mind that. Friendly staff, super helpful. Bed could be more comfortable but that's really the only complaint.

The hotel room was better than any hotel room i have ever stayed. The price was great for the quality and square footage of the room.

The staff were truly outstanding in giving you outstanding service. They were willing give you great advice on getting around Washington. The room was always clean, warm, and comfortable. There was a good pool. The location of the motel is great. It is walking distance to Arlington Cemetery, Iwo Jima Monument, plus close to the Washington Metro system. Plus a Great reasonable restaurant on the property. The price was very reasonable considering the nearby hotels.
