Love that our room had a bunk bed for our kids!! And the whole vibe/feel of the place was very fun!!

The service was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly!

Small tiny mini fridge in room you have to get a key for at the desk. It is full of stuff they want you to buy, so you need to take most of it out to fit anything of yours in it. They have no coffee maker in the room, you have to ask for that as well, and they serve FREE WINE and snacks at 4:00pm, but CHARGE for a cup of coffee 3.30 to be exact for a tiny nothing special cup of coffee, That made me mad. Everything else was fine,it is also in a good location to the major attractions of Washington DC.

The place is nice. Not happy about amenity fee. Not sure what the amenities were. Parking is ezpensive but it is DC.

Hotel lobby was beautiful but the room hallways were very dark hotel was definitely dated.

Good location, large room. Stairalerts in stairwell well designed.

The staff was excellent, the bed was nasty, we found (Several Blood stains 8/9 on the sheets and Bed Duvet) in which we took pictures and showed the manager at the time, he was very up set. But that was unacceptable. That made the whole stay really uncomfortable. We feel we should be refunded in not all or half of our payment, these were nasty ugly blood stains, and there were no extra rooms available.

The facility was wonderful, but the best thing about the hotel is the outstanding staff. Professionalism, attention to detail, and polite courteous service made my stay outstanding! Thank you so much Kimpton Rouge!

Nice close to all just Valet parking is to expensive.

On day one they overcharged my bank account by $300. There weren't enough linen for 4 people, for which the room was reserved. The hotel was in a nice location for many of the sights we wanted to see in DC, and the staff was friendly. It was just the financial end of this we were unhappy about. They assure us our account will be credited. After those first issues we probably won't be staying here again.

Hotel was just okay. Bathroom was just okay. Bedroom was very stuffy and unable to be properly ventilated. Clean enough to not make your skin crawl.

Stayed for only one night, nice place. Professional, informative, and responsive staff. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. Easy for Uber to find.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable but the phone didn’t work and price high. Also, discounts I thought I could use I could not use.

Friendly staff and located in a convenient area. I had no problems throughout my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable.
